Awesome dealership... Great staff

I just purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Straub Honda in Tridelphia WV... It was a great experience, I had a very experienced salesman that was very helpful and great to work with... He went above and beyond to work with me... I highly recommend Bill Gibbs for anyone looking for a new or used car...

PURCHASED A 2015 JEEP RENEGADE FROM STRAUB JEEP

JUST PURCHASED A 2015 JEEP RENEGADE ,WHICH WAS LOADED WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES. SALESMAN-MARK HITT WAS VERY NICE AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE JEEP RENEGADE.THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS EXCELLENT ,NO HANG UPS OR PROBLEMS AT ALL. BY THE WAY, THIS IS OUR FAMILIES, 3RD JEEP PURCHASE FROM THE GLEN DALE WV JEEP FACILITY! JUST AWESOME,BABY!

Enjoyed workig with Straub

The salesman, Mark Hitt was the most knowledgeable of all a the salesman we dealt with in two states and almost 10 dealerships. He was honest, and communicated with us often, and well. He was never pushy, and when we were ready to make a deal the staff was very cooperative. The dealer was over an hour from our home in Pittsburgh, but it was well worth the two trips we made to buy the car we really wanted.

Long time Nissan Owner

Salesman explained features of the car in detail. Very helpful. I didn't go in to buy a car just to have a car serviced. But the salesman did such a great job explaining the features that I couldn't resist buying it!

My Nissan experience

I recently had a super experience at the Straub Nissan dealership and drove away in a 2015 Nissan Murano. David went out of his way so I was comfortable, he resolved all the questions I had, and was very helpful in order for me to drive away within budget. The only downside I had was picking up the vehicle; most of it probably initiated by me. The vehicle was found at another location and I tried to take ownership too early and should have waited one more day; instead I waited at the resturant while "my reason for living" went shopping! Overall I couldn't ask for a better experience or a better sales rep! Thanks David!

Easy buying experience!

We recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Straub and the process was very smooth. Arrissa Hillberry initially provided us with information and had salesman Michael Fluharty assist us. Taylor Lasure assisted Michael and also took care of the paperwork. Michael knows Honda products very well and answered all of our questions. Overall, it made an experience we typically dread a pleasant one. Good job!
