If you are looking for a dealer that delivers what it promises - keep looking. The website says no gimicks and no games. Be careful - the price listed... on the website is NOT the price of the vehicle. The vehicles listed on the site are not necessarily even there - even when the sales person says he is going to grab the keys for you. They are there to get you into the dealer. There are many surprises and frustrations along the way. By the time they got done with us the truck was almost $2,000 more and it took almost four hours to get the paperwork done even though we sent the documents in ahead of time. There are "installed accessories" that are extra as well as "optional" items that are not optional. Even if you ask multiple times if the price is really the price - be assured - that is not the price - you are paying more. Their paperwork team struggled with the Farm Bureau rebates we had and could not title the truck the way we needed it titled. so after paying them for the title work once we get the title we get to head to DMV and do it again. We gave the dealer the opportunity to rectify the situation before posting a review and after a 30 minute conversation with the sales manager going over the issues and hearing the reasons/excuses and the challenges of being a car dealer, nothing changed. Responses to the posted review showed the dealership hadn't even read the review but yet claims they "care about the customer" We are not sure where there is a car dealer that delivers what they promise but we do know it isn't at Robert Horne Ford. Keep looking. Caveat emptor!!
