Went to this dealer after very frustrating experience at another dealer few blocks away. They didn't have the car I saw on their internet ad, but it was ok with me since I was shopping for a specific model/year. My sales rep was Josh, very polite, attentive and communicative young man - had a great experience with him. We went through their inventory list and selected a car I liked to see. We test-drove the car and I liked it. After a couple of days I came back with a mechanic and he found a couple of small issues dealer agreed to fix. After they let me know the car is ready I came with the mechanic again and saw all issues properly fixed. We test-drove again with the computer hooked up to the car and it was all perfect. The buying process was quite smooth. I was not pushed to any financial or insurance decisions, I was asking, they were giving me extensive options on everything I wanted. To this moment I put over 100 miles on the car - works like a clock. Very happy customer. Now, regarding those negative comments. They are used car dealers and of course they have to make profit and sell cars for more than they paid for them. That's expected and normal. But by their business model it seems that they are not trying to make you pay too much but to get a moderate margin on top and stay profitable by high sales volume. Plus, they look like honest people and try to fix any issues the cars might have instead of blindly pushing the junk from auctions in "as is" condition. That's the best you can wish for as a customer. Highly recommend them.

Shopping for a car can be difficult because it's all about the sale. Well I just so happen to find the sales guy that melted my heart with kindness and care. I wasn't even looking for a car for myself it was my Mom, but we drove passed Auto Expo and decided to stop in. Their I met Angelo who's smile can brighten a room, not only did we buy 1 car but we bought 2. Angelo took his time with us explaining everything with such great detail. He made sure we understood everything before we signed. Angelo has since than sold me 3 cars one I didn't like but fell completely in love once I drove it.
