Do not trust this dealership’s finance department. They are actively withholding my money. I purchased a truck from this dealership and bought an extended warranty. I sold the vehicle in December 2025 and legally canceled the warranty. The warranty company has explicitly confirmed that they processed the cancellation and sent the $1,100 refund check directly back to this dealership. For months, the finance team and management have completely ghosted me. They refuse to answer my calls, they ignore my emails, and they have even refused to answer emails from the warranty company itself. They are sitting on $1,100 that legally belongs to me, hoping I will just give up and go away. I am incredibly disappointed by the utter lack of professionalism and basic ethics here. If management does not contact me immediately to send my refund check, my next step is filing official complaints with the New York State DMV, the NY Attorney General’s Consumer Frauds Bureau, and Long Island Consumer Affairs. Buyer beware: once they have your money, they will completely block you. Avoid this place.
