Stay far away from this place, especially their lying sales consultant Mo. First, I tried placing a deposit on one vehicle at 2:30 PM with Mo to get a call back at 7 PM from him saying they just sold that particular vehicle. I let it go. At 8:30 PM that same night I emailed Mo to put a deposit on another vehicle they had in stock. He answered me right away saying no problem it will be done. I get a call at 11:30 AM the following day saying that vehicle was sold as well but.. it wasn't from Mo. It was their sales manager Avi who even called from Mo's direct line. Avi tells me how scared Mo was to contact me and so on. Avi was professional in the way he handled the situation, but Mo on the other hand is absurd. I'm a retail stock broker, I know what sales are like. All of my clients are lawyers who I speak to when their positions are up, down, or sideways no matter what because that's what professionals do. The fact that Mo couldn't even get on the phone with me because he knew he not only screwed me on one vehicle but two, is very immature and totally unprofessional. Mo is a bad representation of Auto Expo.

Diana was a great help. Kind, friendly and all around awesome!!!!! I got a 2014 Mercedes E350 and I'm loving it already. I'll definitely be back again.

Over the weekend my husband and I traveled four hours to auto Expo to purchase two vehicles. Not knowing we went on a busy day we worked with Angelo who was very patient understanding and very educational. Regardless of the number of questions that my husband and I had he was very patient with us and had answered all of our questions. He actually stayed a little longer than his scheduled time to make sure that we left the lot satisfied thanks Angelo from Wendy and Vladimir. You're definitely a great asset to auto Expo. Can we revise the number of stars we are giving you if so you deserve 100+ stars definitely two thumbs up. To happy customers who are very satisfied thanks again Angelo YOU ROCK !!!!

So i took time outta my day to send them an email that i was interested in the car but that i added a comment of my situation and wanted to know if i could be helped instead i was bum rushed with a phone called an scheduling a date to come in an see the car i wanted when no one even saw what i wrote but they where really quick to tell me what to bring so they can sell that car this weekend i would rather pay more somewhere else if i could be helped and listened to no just bring my stuff in maybe i didint even want that car be careful read a lot of reviews and already seeing they are true
