Moe and his staff worked hard to get us the the car we wanted ..they didnt tell us that we cant do it..this is an amazing dealership and u will be driving ur new car off the lot with in a few hours ...they have very good selection and very nice to their customers...thank u

We came to the dealership today to purchase a BMW x5d. They said the car would be ready 2 days ago and when we arrive to test drive it, it was filthy. The car had also been smoked in and that wasn't described in the description online. Upon further inspection of the vehicle we found out it had been in some sort of accident and work had been done repair to the rear end (despite a clean carfax). They worked with us on price and were planning to clean the car up. We went to pay for the car only to find out from Ronny there was a hidden fee of over $2,500 that was not disclosed even after we spoke to both Danielle and Angela, who told us the ONLY fees besides the cost of the car were taxes and DMV fees. The car was completely misrepresented (it had been in an accident!) and the dealership tried to charge us almost $3,000 in additional, unnecessary fees. We will NOT be buying a car from Auto Expo and unless you want to make a questionable purchase and pay exorbitant hidden fees, we dontalked recommend you do either!

I was interested in buying a BMWX5 diesel and made an appointment 2-3 days in advance. I asked over the phone ( talked to Megan) are there any major concerns about the car like deep scratches, nicks etc. They said the car was clean and it will be ready and waiting. I drove 4 hours to get there only to see disaster. The car was not ready at all and the scratches and nicks were barely reparable. They said they are gonna try to buff it out and it will take 40 minutes but when I came back they didn't touch the car. we talked to manager and he said its gonna be taken care of only to see car buffed out in the front of our eyes outside. The manager then tried to low ball us giving only $9,000 for our trade that was worth at least $12k and only then, after spending our whole day wandering around and nobody caring, we decided to call it a day and go home. Not professional at all

I drove from Boston to New York in hopes of buying a car at Superior Motorcars Inc, but unfortunately their customer service was horrendous and I walked away. Luckily on my way back I came across Auto Expo which especialized in 5 Series with the M Sport package. Mo Sadian who's an expert in 5 Series was extremely helpful in the process of finding my ideal car. The customer service was second to none and the deal they gave me couldn't be matched anywhere in the area. This has been my best car buying experience by far. I would recommend anyone to shop at this great dealer.

I got referred to auto expo by a co-worker, and she told me that they are the #1 top dealer and they will make it possible in every way to make you leave with a vehicle. I drove all the way from bridgeport ct, to experience everything she told me was absolutely correct and the truth. I bought a 2014 bmw x3 fully loaded and I'm loving it already. This is my 3rd car I'm buying and the other 2 dealers I dealt with was not perfect *5 like auto expo. I will 100% recommend then to any and every one, the are phenomenal at the Miracles they do. Do not second guess to come let them be your first choice. Make you ask for MO (he's great).
