Went out, test drove a vehicle. Put a hold on it - waiting for financing to contact me. Was given the run around all day - finally got a text that night, saying to come back, make sure you want the vehicle and then we can discuss numbers. ???? Other than taxes, licensing, DMV - and obviously financing - what is there to discuss? Oh, the price of $18,995 is NOT the price of the vehicle. Shawn specifically said 'I need to make money, go anywhere in NY and you will pay a commission fee' - so the car advertised for 19K will actually be mid to high 20's when everything is said and done. False advertising. Not true that dealers in NY ALL take on thousands. Scam and they have our deposit! Total waste of our time and energy!
