I had a pleasant experience at the dealership Bryan and Alfredo were friendly and very patient with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them as salespersons. If you're looking for a great car with an even better price.

I bought a 2008 kia sportage at this dealer last week and I had a very good experience. I expected the usual annoying sales people when you go look for a car but I got a very different feeling. I called before I came and spoke with Bryan de Leon who could not have been nicer on the phone. When I came in he greeted me very warmly and asked me exactly what I was looking for and showed me only what I was looking for and made sure it was in my price range of what I could spend. He took care of the insurance with me and was very helpful. I also dealt with ronnie who was very helpful with the financing and was able to get me a good financing package. All in all it was a very good experience with very nice and helpful people. When I buy my next car I will be coming back here again. I would reccomend auto expo to anyone looking for a new or used car. thank you Patricia Ross

Just bought a car yesterday and I'm honestly happy with the dealership. I really gotta say it was unexpected but I learned never to judge a book by its cover. I expected a small 5 employee dealership but it was much more official than I thought. Beautiful operation, everyone goes out of their way to say hello and offer help. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes CLS, I had an appointment with Bryan, he picked me up from the train station. Offered me something to drink, really respectful. The rest of the process was great, I really gotta hand it to you guys you are different! They work like a real big team there is no Bias over there. Thank you Bryan, and the rest of auto expo as I will be seeing you in 1 month for my daughters car! Keep up the good work!

We purchased a Honda Civic 06 from that place a year ago....
We purchased a Honda Civic 06 from that place a year ago. The Odometer readings were 56717 at the time of purchase. Few weeks later the Title came and it had 77858miles on it. At the point of sale our salesperson was reluctant to show us the CarFax, and i couldnt even suspect that there could be an issue when you purchase from a Dealership. Basically, Auto Expo place will rob you and lie to your face with a sweet smile. I am about to get an attorney and sue them for all the money they took from me. Don't believe a thing they tell you. This place must be shot down and very fast. My advice to you, never buy any car from Auto Expo.

Contacted them about a car they posted on ebay. ...
Contacted them about a car they posted on ebay. Negotiated with Josh on the price-downpayment and terms of the loan. He proposed two options, I chose the one that best suited my needs, and scheduled an appointment to come to NY from DE. Drove 150 miles and sat in the showroom for over and hour and a half for Josh to free up. Turns out the car was in another lot 15 minutes away. Drove over there to find he had no keys. So I drove a 300 mile round trip and spend 2+ hours there to find out I couldn't do anything but look at the car...and then Josh asked me for my information to start the loan process! I refused, stating that I would not buy a car I could not even get in or drive. Josh and I exchanged emails and reaffirmed the deal. I agreed to come back again and test drive the car. Drove another 150 miles and the car was there with the key. I liked the car and started the loan process to purchase based on the terms Josh presented to me. I gave them a $1,000 check to hold the car and said I did not want them to cash it, that I would pay the downpayment in cash. Josh agreed. I received an email the next day stating my credit was excellent and my loan had been approved. Josh wanted me to pick up the car before the end of the month, so I agreed and took vacation time from work two days later and rented a trailer to go get the car. I have emails detailing the deal Josh offered me, my clarifications, which are in email and spoken to him in person, and my acceptance of those terms. I have this in writing! So I drove another 300 mile round trip to go get the car. When I arrived at the dealership the car was there, still dirty and not detailed. They could not find the second key. I got an email from my bank that payments had bounced and that was because Auto Expo cashed the check they had agreed NOT to cash! I had to show them my account on the internet where the bank debited the check, and the carbon copy from my checkbook before they would issue me a refund check! I waited over an hour for the finance manager to meet with me and was very frustrated. I went back to Josh after and hour and said I was leaving and that I wanted the $1,000 they took from me. He promised that someone would be with me. He got me in with Avi who sat me down and told me he would not do the loan Josh had promised me. Instead, he said he would take a year off my loan but my payment would double! What kind of deal is that? I accepted the deal that Josh presented me. Josh told me I was approved and could come down and pick up the car. All in all I drove 900 miles, took a vacation day from work, rented a trailer, and had to pay bounced check fees, and then they won't even sell me the car for the price that they gave to me! I am out over $1,000 in gas, tolls, trailer rental, lost wages, and bank fees. This is a bait and switch dealership, predatory lending, lies and deceit. You cannot trust these people.

Well im sure everyone has their own opinion on how they were treated at this dealership, in my case i could not have gotten a better deal on my nissan maxima, Alfredo took great care of me just like he said, on top of that,i would have liked to get more money on my trade in then i expected but the deal overall went smooth. my process would have been faster if Ronny the finance guy did not have 4 customers at the same time as me. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a terrific deal. Gordon.

8 months ago i purchased a car from Auto Expo, they told...
8 months ago i purchased a car from Auto Expo, they told me to come back in 6-12 months then I could get into a better car if i made all my payments on time and they were right! I went from a 2007 honda Accord to a 2008 mercedes C300, originally i wanted the mercedes first but due to my credit it was not going to happen. Now I am driving the car that I love! and i will definitly recommend Auto Expo to everyone!

I DID RATE THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE BEST THAT I FOUND SO FAR, BECAUSE THEY ARE SO NICE PEOPLE AND THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR ME PERSONALY IS THEY DONT PUT PRESSURE ON YOU TO BUY ...THEY JUST HELP YOU THE BEST THAT THEY CAN AND THEY ARE VERY CLEARLY IN EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CAR AND PAPERWORK...THEY DONT HIDE ANYTHING FROM YOU...THEY DONT COME WITH SURPRISE LATER. I SAW IN THERE SO MANY GOOD LOOKING CARS AND THE ONE THAT I GOT IS SO GOOD AND BEAUTIFUL...IM SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND THE WAY SELL AND FINANCING DEPARMENT TREATED ME...THEY WERE VERY PATIENT!!

Since I purchased my 2008 Honda Accord from Auto Expo, I have had my car serviced at Auto Expo Service Department at 1800 Jericho Turnpike New Hyde Park N.Y. 11040. A couple of things I can say are they have always been friendly and with great customer service. I currently work in Wall Street so I dropped my car off to be serviced and they arranged to have my car dropped off to my job. If my car needed something other than what I brought in for service, I always received a call. They always worked with me as far as finances and deciding what the most important thing to have serviced first. I always feel like they go the extra mile to keep their customers happy and keep them coming in. I have recommended them to my friends, whether they have purchased a vehicle from Auto Expo or not. I get treated very well and not every service department makes you feel comfortable when you go to them but Auto Expo Service Department is different and I never have to think twice about taking my car to them.
