Steve Kastrati stole $16,000 dollars from me. Sold me a lemon. I brought it back the next day. I returned the car to get another one. He argued with me the whole time. He wouldn’t let me look at no more then 2 cars if I wanted Another. He was too busy. He then says that he is keeping the fees that I paid for earlier. The car I received was unclean. Leather tarnished. I paid cash $16,000 for the first car. He kept that money. It’s like I bought 2 cars. Steven you are a thief.

he sold us 2016 Mercedes with problems but nothing else . Never honored the warranty so we have to contact New York State Attorney General, Executive Office and an investigation is OPEN now ! Never recommend this guy , stay away

My time here was short lived. I inquired both online and with a txt message. No one got back to me so I reached out again myself by calling. When I got there I was checked in and nobody was prepared for me and the appointment I made. Took a quick look at the M4 I was looking at that night and left. Set up a test drive for the next day and after no one confirming with me AGAIN.... I get there and they tell me that they have to run my credit before I can test drive it. Then the sales manager insisted that I didn’t need to drive the car and it was in excellent condition and wanted to talk numbers. After telling them how ridiculous that sounded they let me drive the car without running my credit. After driving the car I immediately picked up on the fact that it was modded with the previous owner. If you go to this dealership just be cautious.
