So I came to auto expo for a new vehicle- I had crap credit and I didn’t think it was going to be possible to get into a vehicle- but I met Angelo and he was so calm and extremely nice most important honest - I appreciated that because I didn’t really know why I was getting into - anyhow Angelo said not to worry and in less the 24 hours I was in a beautiful white Mercedes - so thank you Angelo and the rest of the staff in the finance department were amazing !! THANK YOU !!

I put in an online request for a call back. I'm told by Auto Expo to fill out an online app on their website. I do and I get a hit back, "you're pre approved for the bmw you want, when can you come down to pick up your new car? You drive away same day". Me: what do I need? AE: drivers license & proof of income. Me: what about a down payment and insurance? AE: you don't need a down payment, you're "pre approved" and we have an in house insurance company that can get you started for free and bill you next month. Me: See you sunday....So I travel from CT to NY I arrive and see the car I applied for and got approved for. I get paired up with Josh. Josh tells me I have to fill out another credit app. 20 minutes later... Josh: I may not get you approved for the bmw unless you can put some money down. Oh, and it doesn't look like you can take the car today. Would you like to look at something cheaper? Me: What happened to my pre approval? No money down? Drive off same day? Josh: Give me another day to work on this. I go home extremely upset...next day Josh: you have a fraud alert on your credit report. Call this number. It takes 3 days to get this removed, then I can see how much I can get from "my guy" for your loan. Me: whats the number? ***1 hour later*** Me: can I speak to Josh please? AE: in reference to? Me: a fraud alert I had to have removed. Its done. Never got Josh. I asked to speak with a manger, because now this feels like the run around. Spoke with a manager and the manager didn't give A xxxx, about what I was upset about. Manager said, he had a customer and said he'll call me back. Manager never called back. 3 months later later, I still get text messages about the new car I am going to receive from them. Most recent text to me was 6/13/19 I called the number and it was Auto Expo. I explained the text. Young lady said, let me ask my manager about this, I'll call you back. I get a text about I'm being passed on to someone else and Angelo will give me a call. No call. One score 708, one score 580 and a couple of charge off's. The price of being a business owner starting from nothing. Bad credit, we all have or had it, once apon a time. Successfully in business now 2 years 7 months and only getting better. I bought an XJL Jaguar Portfolio, no thanks to Auto Expo P.S. Auto Expo, have your awesome employees stop calling me and sending me messages. I would like to be removed from your contact list. It has been 3 months now, and I have no interest in conducting business with a dishonorable people. No thank you...

I just got my car in May. After a few weeks the brakes service light came on. I wasn’t sure what was going to do. I was about to call Mercedes Benz and then I realized that I had a warranty with auto expo. I called them up, spoke to Besy and all problems were solved. She had me come in, found the problem, (new pads and rotors) and fixed it at no cost. I had no idea that this issue was covered under my warranty. They saved me a bundle. Thank auto expo and Besy.

One star isn’t even deserved!!! My husband bought his vehicle from Eric (not who is pictured but same name) back in December. The vehicle within the first month had to have the brakes done. After many phone calls this dealership has still NOT refunded him the money. He’s called countless times and still no reimbursement!!!!! Now the vehicle has more problems. The customer service here has been absolutely horrible!!!!!!! If you find a vehicle you like here save yourself the headache and find it elsewhere!!!!

My service was handle in a timely manner and without hassle. Jesse has been very professional concerning my vehicle. I haven’t had any issues from the service department and, has had my questions answered about my vehicle.

Max was great! My mom bought cars from auto expo before and she loved the experience. Can’t be happier!!! I’m telling everyone to come!!
