Not as bad as I thought it would be, the car wasn’t cleaned when delivered, and salesman did not spend anytime going over the features of the vehicle. On the positive side, Max was very nice and helpful,and the staff was respectful and polite. Avi was very helpful, friendly and forthright.

I was pretty much robbed the for $2,000. My apparently looking like Tax charge appeared to be their fees. When I went back to clear up the mischarge I was told that I signed the papers and I should stop bothering them. I may have lost the 2k but they have already lost many more thousand as I successfully advised few clients against them. You can never put a price on a lost customer. And all that for mere $2k. And you will keep losing on everyone I know...
