I bought a truck from them two months ago. The service is horrible and they treat you like animals. The sales person Jose has absolutely learned from the very worst and that’s the finance manager. The price advertised was 25,000 and the final price was 12,000.00 more with tax. And they honestly could care less if you buy their car or not because there’s another schmuck waiting to be real in by these people that should be shut down just based on principal alone. Customer service is a half a star and when I brought my car in for an issue, the mechanic in floral Park misdiagnosed it and wanted nothing to do with helping me out and said it’s under warranty bring it yourself after I drove a total of 85 miles to have it fixed. Thank God, I went to the BMW dealership and what a difference. I hope Someone is reading this and never buys from these idiots.
