No integrity

Made an appointment to look at a truck and told them I would be there at 9:30. Drove an hour and a half to get there. Got there at 9:48 and the wife and I were getting out of our car and there goes the truck I was going to look at driving out of the dealership. Then they started in with the typical excuses that they didn’t think we were coming. But they didn’t contact me to see. That tells a lot of what kind of dealership this is. But I want to thank them because we left there and stopped at a dealership in Portland and was treated with respect and probably the best car buying experience I have had. And of course the beautiful truck that was so clean it looked brand new I drove home.

No integrity

Bought in the comfort of my home!!!

For me, having to go places causes severe anxiety so being able to do this at home through text messaging was great. I had submitted a request I believe online and Lyndsi had reached out to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and what I LOVED was there was 0, ZERO, NADA, ZILTCH pressure from her to ?can you come in test drive or when can you come see us?. Im already under enough pressure spending $40,000 ? I believe it was Rick in financing who was also knowledgable/helpful and funny and had us done signing papers within 60 minutes. The other highlight i wanted to point out is my wife is a nurse and was not off until 6:15 and we made it there at 6:35 when you guys close at 7. Yet you still made us feel valued and we didn?t feel rushed one bit. Hats off to that team you rock! Let me tell ya ?We went and it was worth it!? Thank you.

Wilsonville Service

Made special arrangements to have car there for entire day and had appointment. I called at end of day and no work had been done and Matt said others took my spot. Unacceptable. Poor customer service. Repairs were only going to take a few hours. Had dropped vehicle off night before. So they had entire day to complete the work.

First Class Professional Service

My trucks (2003 Silverado, 2017 Silverado) have been serviced by the team at Wilsonville Chevrolet for nearly 20 years. The service team has always been courteous, professional, and honest. Purchased my 2017 Silverado from Ivo. Great sales team!

Great Experience

I found the car Online that I have wanted for a long time. I emailed the dealership and ended up talking to John Farmer. I set up an appointment with John to see the car. When I arrived the car was ready for a test drive. John answered all my questions and copied my license and insurance card and way I went. When I returned John and I sat down to look at the paperwork. He ran different Scenarios so I could see which option I wanted. I ended up Purchasing the car. I was Extremely please with the whole buying process. John was the best salesman I have ever worked with and at 67 years old I have walked out of some other dealerships because of dishonest and overbearing salesman. I would highly recommend Wentworth Chevrolet and John Farmer for your next car buying experience.

2020 Equinox
