NEVER AGAIN!!

THIS DEALER IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE OUT THERE, VISIT MANHATTAN OR GREENWICH! I DEALT WITH JACK CIACCIA AND HE IS VERY DISHONEST AND MISLEADING, HE CHANGES HIS STORY LIKE THE WIND SHIFTS. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY BENTLEYS IN THE PAST FROM THAT LOCATION AND MY FRIENDS AND I WILL NOW NEVER NEVER NEVER WALK IN THERE AGAIN. THE PLACE IS A JOKE.

High End Purchase

Antoine Dominic is a very special guy he has a super team vinny Jack and of course Michael I would not buy a car any where else Best price and best service a class act .I would recommend if you are looking for a High end car go in and check Bespoke Moters out I can not believe the other post the dealership is helpful and honest.the BEST in long island .... arrogant owner

went in to look at a new Bentley and was not permitted to test drive the car because Antoine Dominic the owner felt I was not qualified according to the sales associate. the coldest worst dealer experience I have ever encountered. a few business associates also share similar opinions of the new ownership there. In December I purchased a 2015 Flying Spur from NYC.

WARNING...Disonest Dealer

My name is Pj Maginnis and I brokered a deal for Lily Tuleva to buy a Bentley ContinentAll GTC from these guys which only had 1000 miles on it. After spending an entire day at Bentley Long Island purchasing the car we drove back to Boston. The next morning we noticed that the 3rd brake light was unattached and had slid into the Bumper.We also noticed that the navigation screen was in black and white not in color like it should be. We called the dealer and they told us to go to the nearest Bentley dealer to us which is Bentley of Boston. We went there and had the repairs done and we were presented a bill for $220. We then called Bentley Long Island with the bill which they repeatedly said they would pay for. After 2 weeks of jerking us around they finally told us they would not honor our agreement and we were stuck with the bill. A $200,000 car and they won't pay $220 to make the car right...it should have never made it to there sales floor in that condition. Great job standing behind your product Bentley of Long Island. Don't buy from these liars...

This is what a high-line dealership should be! All cars where presented the way you would expect a Rolls Royce dealership should look like. Staff was helpful.

I purchased a $137, 000 2009 Bentley Flying Spur with...

I purchased a $137, 000 2009 Bentley Flying Spur with factory warranty via the internet from this dealer. It arrived one week later via a transport truck with a serious vibration problem. The local authorized dealer analyzed the tires and found that the car had two "defective, out of round" tires. The correction was to replace two tires on the front and balance the rear two. The cost of repair was $1800. The "round out" problems occur from either: 1. the dealer has very poor maintenance procedures and did not move the car on a schedule. 2. or worse, they knew existed and tried to slip the problem to an unsuspecting buyer, me. Justlike the old days. I am very amused at how the are handling the problem. I guess they figure if they do nothing I will go away. And they are correct, I will go away as soon as I get the message to other buyers. When purchasing from Bespoke Motors, please use a "BUYER BEWARE" approach. The Fort Lauderdale dealer has been very helpful with the correction. And their level of service is exactly what you would expect from a company selling the world's most prestigious cars. Mark L
