Great job but you'll be there a while

Service is great. They just need to do a better job of letting you know how long you'll ACTUALLY be waiting til your vehicle is ready. Was told it'd take 30 minutes for an Air filter change and car wash & was still there 50 minutes later.

Scheduled maintenance

The service rep was professional and friendly. The service was done correctly and in a timely fashion. The waiting room was comfortable and the coffee was good.

Quick service

Quick and courteous service. My recall and oil change took less than 2 hours. The customer waiting area was nice with snacks whie you wait.

Off Brand Vehicles

I contacted the dealership to set up an oil change, and to have 2 sensors looked at. We bought a 2018 Ford Mustang from here in May 2021, and bought the extended warranty. The person I was speaking to told me that they ONLY do basic maintenance on their "Off Brand" vehicles, and DO NOT do any diagnostics. She proceeds to tell me that I can take my vehicle to any Ford dealership to have a diagnostic done, oh but that they can still schedule my oil change. Really? What was the point of buying the extended warranty if THEY don't or can't do anything? Then she tells me that the oil change will take longer than normal because they have to order the "Off Brand" filter and have it delivered. xxx? This dealership only cares about their customers if they are buying a vehicle. Oh and if you are buying an "Off brand" vehicle JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have bought numerous cars and have NEVER been treated like an idiot in my life, and the people here only care about getting a paycheck.

Truck service

Jeremy always doing a great job handling our vehicle care and gives detail and well explanation. We always make an appointment easily through phone call. Once arrived our car is ready to go in and ready within the same days as told. Every service time we are satisfied with that no need and taking it back.

Outstanding support for over 6 years with my Jeep warranty repairs including the last repair of Sunroof. Still working on factory Alarm system update for no Cell service 3G to 4G warranty repair before my Jeep or catalytic converter is stolen
