My experience @ Planet Mitsubishi was one I will never forget. We were in search of a vehicle and knew that it might be tough considering times had been tough in the past and our credit wasn't all that great. Our car dealer Rico Glover never gave up on us and his team didn't either. After several trips back and forth we were finally able to drive off the lot in a car that we our truly happy with. A special thank you to Planet Mitsubishi and a big shout out to our personal car dealer Rico! You ROCK!!!!!

I went to this dealership after being approved for an auto loan with my bank. Rico was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicle I had in mind. It was a very fast process not drawn out like I’ve experienced at other dealerships, I’d highly recommend.

Rico was wonderful to work with, we felt bad about keeping him there past hours to finalize the sell but he never made us feel like a burden & the time passed with friendly conversation. Will definitely recommend!

This isn't my first review today. I went to Planet Mitsubishi to get an oil change at 10:00 this morning. The gentleman that helped me this morning pertaining to oil change was extremely courteous and the salesman Chet Legett that sold me the vehicle checked on me while i was waiting and was extremely courteous also. I've experienced perfect service each time that i've been to this dealership.

We drove from out of town to purchase a vehicle. Britanny Hebenthal was a joy to work with! It was worth the drive. Thank you!

They try to put you in what they want to i went i got everything they ask for he ask me to down load a app didn’t know why i asked him how much the car he said i will never own the car i never said i wanted to lease a car when he asked me that the first day i told him know if I’m lease i can own it never will go to them again
