Awesome time!

Best car purchase ever!!! Santos and his Manager Paul rock! It was the smoothest and incredible car buying experience that could be possible. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient.

Great Experience

Dana and Amanda were wonderful to work with. They kept the communication consistent without being over-bearing. I bought a used Jetta I found online and the buying process was quick and easy without a Ron of back and forth. Financing was fairly painless too = they offered me the warranties and other packages but weren’t too pushy, understanding that I just needed a si ole car for my son without a ton of extras. Would definitely return.

Excellent sales and service

Excellent sales and service! We purchased a new 2019 Atlas Premium from Hewlett and were very satisfied with the entire sales experience. Jay Wilson is very knowledgeable about the products at this dealership AND he is quite personable! The team (sales and finance) involved in this transaction were all very professional. An issue was discovered right before we drove off the lot and Jay contacted me the next business day to make the arrangements to get the Atlas back to them so they could correct the issue. Tyler was our service coordinator and he too was outstanding! He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were satisfied with the steps taken to resolve the issue.

Car Buying Experience Hewlett VW

We walked in Saturday evening to look at the sedans and a salesman walked over to check on us. He (Drew Gelly) was friendly and started answering my questions. I had several questions about the differences between the Passat and Jettas, the engine sizes, prices and options. I would rapid fire some questions and he was responsive, polite and answered my questions without trying to get into a sales pitch. He pulled out two cars to get a better look at and opened a third without hesitation. He looked up a couple of others and could tell I had zeroed in on one. We took a test drive and started looking at numbers. I then saw one on the show room floor which was a diffent model. He walked us down to those and I quickly disregarded that model. He stayed late, completing the sale and was friendly, polite and not pushy about anything. I hate buying cars ! Drew Gelly has a friendly non abrasive way about him and should be commended Marc and Christine Owens

Oil change

I brought in my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan for an oil change. The young lady at the front, Ashley, I believe, was ready and organized. She explained what I would receive and pointed me in the direction of the waiting area. I waited comfortably and read my book while I waited. When the service was complete, Ashley came to me and explained what was done, showed me the filter that was in my car and explained that it was good for another 10,000 miles, and asked if I wanted the complimentary wash and vacuum. I watched her do this with all customers. I also know that this type of service takes teamwork to be so efficient. Thanks for a good service experience.

Julian in the service dept knows his stuff on VW

Go see Ivan in the new car dept. very very low key and knows his stuff. Also Julian in the service department knows his vw inside and out. He deserves a big raise for not giving up..Grampa Bill

Excellent Service and Excellent Sales

Service went to bat for us on an ABS module that failed. They didn't have to replace but they fought for us. Thanks Brett. Great service. We have bought 4 VW's from Hewlett and sure we will buy more.

Best Car Shopping Experience

My experience at Hewlett Volkswagen was one that was unequivocally the best experience I had during my search and purchase of my 2018 Tiguan in the stylish Habanero Orange. My first point of contact was with Amanda who communicated with me online weeks before my purchase. Initially, the vehicle that I wanted wasn't on the lot. However, Amanda did a follow-up call and stated that she could find the car I wanted, have it delivered to the dealership, and best of all, offer me the best price for it. She was well informed and treated me with kindness and respect. When I went into the dealership, Amanda introduced me to Santos. Santos helped with my test drive, explaining all of the great features on the vehicle, and got me situated with all the numbers. He worked with the staff to get me the exact car I wanted and had it delivered in one day's time. When I finally came back and had to fill out the paperwork, Santos was patience, educated, and was able to answer any and all questions leaving me without buyers remorse. Even my time in the business manager's office was a great one. I felt treated with respect, honesty, as well being treated like I was an actual person and not just a sale. I greatly appreciated my time here and will be recommending Hewlett VW to my friends and family that are in the market to buy a car. Thanks again!

Best Car Experience!

This car is a story on its own. And finally, my son has the car that he would not stop talking about. Now....I could not have asked for a better sales person than Tom Henry. Not only is he patient, thorough, straight up and honest, he also sees thing almost to the point of being family. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles from Hewlett VW, NO ONE comes close to a great sales person as Tom Henry. He is an asset to your company and he is honest. I wish car buying was always like the last two processed with Tom. Tom Henry goes above and beyond for his customers - Hands Down!

I Love These Guys

I really enjoy going to Hewlett. The staff were super friendly, they gave me options for my service and I didn't feel pressured to spend more on services I didn't think I needed. They even topped off fluids and put air in my tires AND a free car wash and vacuum. I was really impressed. Not to mention, while I was waiting, I had a complimentary coffee and chatted with some of the sales guys who gave me some great advice about the resist-all I had put on a year ago. It felt good chatting with other VW nerds about VW. I've always only driven VW, I've had some nightmare experiences with other dealerships, but I can say I've never felt misguided or taken advantage of at Hewlett. You guys care about the customer and are passionate about what you do, and it shows in every department. Thank you!
