repairs

Took my truck in 6202018 got it back 62118. I had to call them several times to check on my truck and be told it was done they never called me once. Took truck in a week later for same thing that i was told was fixed already that the pcm had to be reprogrammed and shifter lever needed to be replaced. So on my second visit we are two days in 8 just got off the phone and they are saying they are fixing the same issue as last time but i was told it was already fixed?. They said they were waiting on the shift lever and the pcm needed to be programmed. So im confused how this wasnt done last time. I hate this autonation and if it wasnt comveniently close id never go there again.
