Good until the sales associate contacted me

Overall experience good until salesman from the dealer called me while I was in the waiting area for the purpose of trading in my truck. I was there for service. After reading receipt, states that I declined service that nobody asked me about yet I have to listen to a sales pitch?

First time to this dealership

They did an excellent job. I will definitely be back when I am ready for my new or used jeep or next Dodge Ram. Very happy with this dealership. The service department was very courteous and timely. Loved the ride to work. Not having to ask someone for a lift was perfect. Thank you.

New Jeep JK

WE went looking for a Jeep Wrangler. The website was informational and let us narrow down our selection to the one we thought we liked. We arrived to look at it and were met quickly by the best car salesman I"ve ever experienced, Homero D. After giving him the stock number, he got the keys and drove us on their extensive lot to find the vehicle. A test drive came, and we quickly decided this particular wrangler wasn't the one for us. We made arrangements to look on the web site to find another and me the next day. bringing our trade in along. Homero was again very knowledgeable and easily asnswered all the questions I had about the vehicles features. We decided to start the purchase process, and quickly reached a very good deal on both discount and trade in value. THe entire negotiation process and signing process took about 1 hour and 4 minutes. (I was timing it). We couldn't be happier with the salesman, the selection and the dealership.
