Great Experience
As a U.S. Army Captain, I opted to utilize the USAA car buying service, which teams up with TrueCar to help you find the best deals available. I was directed to a AutoNation which had a 2017 BMW 330i with only 4k miles. Essentially I was getting a new car at a used car price, and the TrueCar evaluation indicated that the vehicle was priced about $10k below its retail value. After expressing interest in the vehicle, I was promptly contacted by Larry Chatman who is a true professional. He made the purchase process incredibly easy with no haggling and no pressure sales techniques. I test drove the vehicle, immediately fell in love, and drove the vehicle off the lot about an hour later. I highly recommend purchasing from AutoNation, and highly recommend contacting Larry Chatman about your next vehicle purchase.

No hassle purchase
I just purchased a used vehicle for my daughter and was dreading going to a dealership...I was wrong. The guys at Spring Dodge/AutoNation were great. No pressure, very helpful, and found a perfect vehicle for her first car at another AutoNation location and drove us there to test drive then brought it back to the dealership. The process was fast and easy. Mark Salinas and Todd Lux are real pros.

Great people
Great sales team. Very straight forward and answered all questions and financing options. I didn't buy a vehicle because I owed more on my trade than it was worth. They adviced me to wait another year and pay it down before getting into a lot of negative equity. Will be back when it's time to buy.

Airbag recall
It went well; for a recall on passenger air bag. Mark Barrett told me it would take 3 hours and it was exactly that.

Disorganized Service Department.
I've had 2 poor experiences with the service department. First experience was a 2 hour long oil change. Recent experience was for a recall issue. As soon as I arrived at my appointment time for Mr. Kevin Hendricks things were unorganized and hectic. I sat in my car for 10 minutes before actually being helped. Eventually, Evan was available and took over my case for Kevin. An hour later I finally got offered a ride to get a rental car. Later the next day I did not hear from anyone so I called to check on the status and was told the car was ready for pickup. Once I got there then I was told a part had to be ordered and the issue was not fixed. These things should have been communicated to me much sooner. My work schedule makes it very difficult to bring the car in for service so 2 days off work and a $46 car rental felt like a waste.
