HORRIBLE

To say that I am furious about the services performed on my car on September 15, 2017 is an understatement. This is not the first or the second time that I visit the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring location and I am unsatisfied with the service. On Friday, September 15th I visited the AutoNation dealership located on 21027 Interstate 45, Spring, TX 77388 to have my oil change service performed. Upon leaving the dealership I was oblivious to the fact that my vehicle was leaking oil. I can assure you that nothing that I could have possibly done caused this to happen. Again, I was unaware that my vehicle was leaking oil after the oil change was performed until this morning, September 17th when I noticed the trails of oil on my driveway. The vehicle has now leaked out ALL of the oil and I can no longer turn on or move the vehicle in fear that it will ruin the motor. Whether any damages have already been caused by this situation is unknown, but what I do know is that I expect the vehicle to be inspected (by a different dealership) in its entirety to assure me that there are no damages. It is troubling to know that one of AutoNation?s dealership will allow their customer to leave with their vehicle in that condition. When I attempted to call the dealership to speak to the service manager she was "stuck in traffic" and when I asked for a call back they said "we will try". I am simply outraged that I cannot get in contact with anybody and that I am now out of a vehicle!

Sales people judging hurricane victims by our appe

We are in Houston and our home was flooded with over 4' of water during the hurricane a couple weeks ago, we lost everything including our 2 cars. Since we've bought 4 cars in the past on the dealership Autonation located in Spring, Tx we decided to stop by yesterday and look at their vehicles. I parked our rental car right in front of their main door where we saw about 12 sales people (outside) just chating and waiting on customers, they didn't put any attention to us so we decided to start walking around looking at the vehicles in the parking lot. When we finally saw something my wife liked we decided to look for a sales person, walked towards the main entrance and again even tough they were next to the entrance nobody approached us so we walked in to the lobby/front desk, as we were looking around trying to find someone to help us a very nice sales person who was coming from inside the offices introduced himself and asked us if we had been help, long short story we ended up buying him 2 new cars because we really needed them, if it weren't because of him we had walked out and go somewhere else. Those "sales people" standing by the door didn't approached us and judge us because of the way we looked, as I mentioned we have lost everything and we were wearing some of the few clothes we were able to keep after the flooding (sandals, short and tshirt) besdides the fact my wife and I are Hispanics... We feel very disappointed at these people and hoping the Jeep family could give them better training and teach them a lesson not to judge people by their appearance... we don't know if we are ever coming back to this place because this kind of actions made us think our loyalty to them doesn't matter and we probably should take our business somewhere else. Recall on my Journey

I called the dealership after receiving a recall notice. They got me in within 2 days. I dropped it off in the morning before work, and picked it up after work. I was pleasantly suprised at the level of service I received. They even found something else that needed attention, and called for my approval before completion. I would recommend this dealership to complete your needs! Thank you!
