Boris was very helpful and spent a lot of time getting paperwork done and sending me pictures since I had to drive in from out of town to pick the vehicle up. He was with me from beginning to end and gave me a great experience

Great dealership!

Bought my Ram truck from them. No hassle, great service. Also had my first experience with their quick lane oil change. That was also was a pleasant experience. No hassle, no surprises. In and out quickly.

service and repair

I had an appointment and did not have to wait. I only waitedt about 5 minutes for the shuttle and was kept updated several times by Kevin as to the repairs, cost and time.The next day the shuttle returned for me as soon as my car was ready. It was washed and ready to drive home. Thank you Kevin

I have had an excellent experience with my car purchase through Dustin Anderson. I needed a minor repair done to the rear view mirror and it was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Dustin has been professional, and thorough. It has been a pleasure to buy a car here!

Wrangler service

I brought in my new (used) Jeep Wrangler for a new key and to have the UConnect added. I asked when dropping off the vehicle if adding the UConnect would fix the problem with not being able to transfer pics/music via the USB and was told yes once UConnect was added that would fix - however it did not. When I asked the service person he said to try an office Apple cord and if that didn't work schedule another appointment to have looked at. I'm not a fan of scheduling appointments and taking time out of my day when this was brought up at the beginning and should have been reviewed prior to letting me know my car was ready. Pricing is extremely overpriced to have a new key cut and programmed. Can't imagine what the mark up must be - I understand businesses need to make money but $250+ for a new key is ridiculous.

Mr. Madd

check engine light and oil change, told me I had a major vacuum leak would be $175.00 to check it out, not happy but said ok. an hour later they changed the oil and said I would have to make an appointment for the vacuum leak, when I said ok and they took my car that meant they were going to do both. I took the car some where else and they fixed the leak for $75.00. Bought two trucks here, not going back.Too many dealerships in Houston to deal with this
