2016 JEEP SAHARA

Autonation had the right car at an excellent price with a very nice and knowledgeable sales person - one downside to the experience was waiting on the folks to detail the vehicle - which took longer than anticipated.

Unfortunately, very poor overall experience.

Contacted dealership in Spring about a vehicle and made appointment to test drive it. In the meantime, filled out a credit app online, and still had to fill out at the dealership when we were told it was a way to save time. Same day, was called by an individual at a different Autonation location claiming that they actually had the vehicle and to come to their location. After much confusion, finally confirmed that the vehicle was indeed at the Spring location. Traded and purchased a vehicle late in the evening. Our key ring with house keys, etc were locked in Used Car office and we had to leave without them. Finance Office misquoted monthly payment due to neglecting to add our vehicle payoff to sales contract and had to reprint sales and financing documents. Salesperson assured us he would have our keys and keyring for us if we could come back on Friday. Drove from Galveston to Spring 2 days later to learn that apparently someone had thrown our keys and key ring out. Never received copy of warranty materials and after salesman went through our documents, he left with them and went to get the warranty documents. Later, he claimed that he never had them so our original sales and finance documents "disappeared" somewhere in the dealership. Have since also learned that the vehicle we traded that we got less than rough-trade in value for is now for sale for clean retail. We love the vehicle we purchased but overall, it was a confusing and very frustrating buying experience. We would not buy from this particular dealership again.

Great experience!!

Great experience. Big thanks to Mario. Got me a good price on the exact car my daughter wanted. All while he is in Houston, I am in Mississippi , and my daughter is in Dallas. He made it as simple as possible!!!

took forever

I expected more since they were supposedly a high volume dealer. The service department was unorganized and filled with broken promises. Tech said he would throw in a tire rotation. Two hours later after waiting fir the oil change they said they decided not to do it because my tires were wearing weird. I'm like I've been driving Dodge Chrysler Jeep since I was 15. I know what my car is doing and that's why you rotate tires so they can wear evenly and you replace the full set when necessary

Dropped my van off on Monday and got it back the next Monday with all repairs completed, including a three day wait on some parts.
