Terrible experience, bought a vehicle barely 6 weeks ago

Terrible experience, bought a vehicle barely 6 weeks ago and it has been in the shop 3 different times. The same night it was bought, I found out the HVAC system didn’t work. It was a Saturday and was told to bring it in first thing Monday morning to take care of me. They offered me to switch to a new vehicle if they couldn’t fix it. Missed work to bring it in so they can tell me that day they didn’t have a chance to look at it. Next day, they called me and said it was fixed, just needed Freon. I bring the truck home and 2 weeks later it’s back in the shop again, this time they said they found a leak and it was good to go. 2 weeks later it’s back in the shop and they tell me they can’t find what’s wrong with the vehicle. Now im trying to call them to see if they can just swap me to a like for like vehicle since they sold it to me this way and its barely 6 weeks old! They are now avoiding my calls and messages. Beyond FRUSTRATED!!

My overall experience was great.

My overall experience was great. Mel was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Sandra as well. I don’t know if it was luck of the draw, or if all KG staff provide such exemplary service. Either way, they turned a task that I absolutely hate (car buying) into a pleasurable and memorable experience. Two good people who are great at their jobs.

Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to

Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to my house, it’s the best! After being to 2 others, I will not go any other place except here. They are quick, thorough, clean, great customer service and honest. Service Rep Mario is the absolute best. He’s one of the reasons I will continue to come back. I found Ken Grody a couple years ago on a Saturday when I needed a new battery replaced and nobody else could help that I called. I called, Mario was the rep and I have been going there for my service and anything needed since.

I dealt with Austin Snowden, who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was ordering, very courteous, shut down with me on ordering it up to make sure that I had the right now. Options, and he is going on past. I'm getting just helping me. Get the vehicle by helping me. Make sure all the other things that I would like to get done on it. Done as well.So I really appreciate his help
