Whom it regards.

Whom it regards. I drove over 4 hours to this appointment on yesterday and when I got there I was told at first the vehicle was Not there anymore by one associate. When I asked for you they told me you weren't available. When I decided to speak to a manager he told me he had the car but it needed alot of mechanical work! He also stated the car was going to be returned to Florida. This company is falsely advertising a car with a photo shop picture of the car that doesn't exist and it's no for sale! Avoid like the plague.

Avoid like the plague. I give 2 stars because the purchase transaction and price was reasonable. They make you buy an add on package with road side assistance, protectant, door guards, etc for over $2k. I negotiated and got the price of the car/trade in to make up for this. I have had the car in the shop 3 times in 10 months. Each time I have asked for a reapplication of the paint protectant and they say ‘we need to talk to sales’ and then ultimately say they couldn’t get to it when I pick my car up. This time I said keep the car until it is done - 3 days they have had my car. When you call to talk to someone you get sent to a call center in Florida where they are absolutely no help. Have to use the same center to schedule work on the car. Each time I arrive for my appointment I have to re-explain what the issues are - and even then everything does not get taken care of. It is a horrible experience all around - save yourself some time and frustration and choose another dealer, I certainly will.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Keffer

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Keffer Volkswagen. I arrived at 11 AM and didn't leave until 6 PM, a full seven hours wasted. I was interested in a Tesla Model 3 and after finalizing my choice, I spoke with the manager. We agreed on a price, and he assured me that I would receive the $4,000 federal tax credit. Despite informing him that I am a Canadian citizen and doubting my eligibility, he insisted that registering the car in North Carolina would suffice. Trusting his expertise as the manager, I proceeded. I got my insurance on the spot and provided all necessary information, a tedious process given my status as an international student. Finally, in the finance office, I was told I had to pay an additional $4,000 because I wasn't eligible for the credit, just as I had suspected from the start. I was furious and disappointed with their unprofessionalism, especially considering this was coming from the manager. His response was dismissive and insincere, with a casual "what do you want me to do" and "I'm sorry" in a tone that clearly showed he wasn't. He even tried to equate my seven-hour ordeal to his, saying, "I was also here for 7 hours," completely disregarding the fact that it's his job. His comment that it was my choice to stay was the final straw. I had missed several important commitments to finalize this purchase, only to be met with utter incompetence and a total lack of accountability. Not a single person sincerely apologized or offered any form of compensation for the time and effort wasted. The manager's repeated questioning about my SSN, despite knowing my status as a Canadian, was beyond frustrating. He even suggested I cancel my insurance, disregarding the time and effort it took to arrange it. Overall, the service was atrocious, and the way they handled the situation was disgraceful. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Avoid Keffer Volkswagen at all costs if you value your time and sanity. To top it off, the manager was a tall white man with a belly with a ball-shaped bump on his eyelid and white-grey hair.

One of the most dishonest and unprofessional businesses I

One of the most dishonest and unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. Deceptive business practices. Obviously very poorly managed. If you want your intelligence insulted, pay them a visit. Owner should be ashamed. I don't know how they stay in business.

Brought my Jetta in for oil change.

Brought my Jetta in for oil change..Service person was wonderful(wasn't given his name)..Took almost exactly the time estimated..Love when my time is not wasted-thanks folks!

Stay away!

Stay away!!!!! They found out I was a disabled vet due to asking for plates….they said they were buying down my rate and giving me a sr ice contract After getting home…they gave me a service contract……for $4000!!!!!!!!! Great way to treat 100% disabled vets!!!!!!

I went to pick up a purchased new VWGolf R.

I went to pick up a purchased new VWGolf R. Price was fair and less Add pms than any alternative from Florida to CT. They were friendly but I’ll prepared. It took 2 hours to do what should have taken 20 minutes. Wrong VIN transmitted on contract. Missing charges on invoice. Car had to be filled with gas after I arrived. All frustrating. However I got the car I wanted. Just be prepared for a slow process.

I went to service for a recall and a state inspection.

I went to service for a recall and a state inspection. This was the third visit on the recall. Evidently the part the car needs is unobtainable. Once the inspection was complete the service person said I was good and gave me my keys. My car was not washed which struck me as unusual since the wash was working. About half way home, I glanced at the state inspection form and noticed the car failed. It’s a 2022 that I purchased at this dealership. The service person didn’t mention it at all. In my mind that is an absolute fail on the dealership’s part.
