I purchased a used Porsche Cayenne at Keffer VW and was very pleased with my experience. My sales associate, Emiliana, made sure all of my questions were answered and allowed me to fully review the vehicle without any pressure. I initially spoke to Thomas on the phone since I was driving from Chattanooga, TN and he answered all my questions and set expectations for the purchase. The Keffer team was very professional and the finance team worked to get me a better rate than I had expected. Thank you for a great experience and an even better vehicle.

After receiving a repair estimate, Thomas in the service department was very helpful explaining what was needed how long it would take for parts to arrive and was able to secure a loner for me. Thanks for working things out with the office manager and being my voice

When I took my new Atlas in for its first oil change, I was planning on paying $100+. My service technician said it was free and came with my factory warranty. He also said it would take an hour, but it only took 40 minutes. Great day for me!
