When I took my new Atlas in for its first oil change, I was planning on paying $100+. My service technician said it was free and came with my factory warranty. He also said it would take an hour, but it only took 40 minutes. Great day for me!

Took my IS.4 in for 50K service and a possible nail in a tire. Was quoted 2 to 2.5 hours. Car was ready at 2 hours. Tire patched. Ran it through a car wash when they were done. Nice touch.
