Great Customer Service Reno
Reno has been amazing. He has made it clear he cares for his customers. Most recently we called Reno from out of town when another dealership recommended a very expensive service concerning our Highlander. Reno called us back almost immediately and we decided to get it checked out when we returned home. His returned call saved us almost 2,000 dollars. Although Reno’s help with this out of town experience was fantastic, it was long before this incident that he gained our trust. Reno has always been extremely cordial and knowledgeable. It is truly a pleasure and a blessing to do business with this man.

Consistently excellent service over the years. They are professionals and don’t push additional services on you. They are careful to ask questions about things like are your wipers cleaning good, any tire/driving issues etc.

burned out headlamp
Comfortable place to wait. Easy to make an appointment. Wait time too long for a simple maintenance issue. Just came in for the headlamp change and, due to a new automated response system, waited an hour and 45 minutes.
