Great Dealership - Ashley Heller great Salesperson
Flow BMW has always been a wonderful dealership from buying to servicing. Manager Doug Wheeler goes beyond the call of duty! The service department is knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. On this visit, we were fortunate to work with Ashley Heller who sold us a new X1. Ashley was pleasant, professional, and went beyond the call of duty to complete our complicated transaction with a smile on her face. We appreciate her dedication in staying late to finalize our sale and make sure we were totally satisfied and understand all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. EXCELLENT buying experience at Flow BMW
Within the last week I have completed the purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) BMW 335i at Flow BMW in Winston-Salem, NC. My buying experience at Flow BMW was nothing short of EXCELLENT. Quite frankly, it is difficult for me to imagine a better and more rewarding buying experience. This was due in large part to the efforts of Todd Gentry, Used Car Sales Manager, and Vi Nichols, Client Advisor. I first contacted Mr. Gentry about my search for a used BMW. Instead of quickly handing me off to a salesperson (Client Advisor), Mr. Gentry took the time to to educate me about the methods and procedures involved in searching for a desirable used BMW. He then introduced me to Vi Nichols, Client Advisor "extraordinaire". Not only was Vi friendly, engaging and gracious, but I learned very quickly that she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the BMW product line and the total car buying process/experience. I was quite fortunate that a near "match" to my "ideal" vehicle came back to Flow "off lease" during my initial conversations with them. This CPO 335i convertible was perfect for me! Vi worked closely and diligently with me on cost, suitable/desirable "add-on" options and various financing options. (Thanks also to Robin Agee, Financial Services Manager!) The final purchase deal was consummated very quckly and amicably. My buying experience at Flow BMW was superior, and I would not hesitate to recommend Vi Nichols and Todd Gentry to anyone interested in the purchase of a BMW.

Flow BMW
I just bought a 328i for my wife from Dee and Alex Rhoades at Flow BMW in Winston. Cannot speak more highly of the experience. The team at Flow was direct, transparent and helpful. We got to a fair deal in about five minutes. After the sale, Dee and Alex were terrific, wrapping up the details in a timely fashion, and leaving us confident that we have their future support if we ever need it. I highly recommend this dealership, and Alex Rhoades as your first choice in a salesperson.

Out-of-state purchase made easy.
Alex Rhoades of Flow BMW did an awesome job of helping me purchase a certified pre-owned BMW 3 series. Besides the pickup of the vehicle, I completed the entire transaction remotely since I was purchasing from out-of-state. The dealership provided accurate and timely information to satisfy all of my questions. I would definitely do business with them again.

John Roche "Rocks"
As a small business owner, I take pride in taking care of my customers. Exceeding their expectations is my daily goal. First meetings determine if I will get a new customer. I have to make a connection and show them that their needs are important. As a consumer, I?m always looking for this treatment, but rarely get it. After visiting and calling 3 BMW dealerships, I was discouraged and disappointed in the customer service. But ,John Roche at FLOW BMW was a refreshing exception. John ?WOWED? me with his customer service. He was knowledgeable, listened and treated me like a VIP. I?ve been to the dealership since I purchased my vehicle and John continues to ?WOW? me. Because I am too lazy to read my manual. I have called several times with simple questions. John is as receptive and attentive as he was before I bought my X5. There have been times that I called, but did not get him. I did not leave a message, but he called me back anyway! John saved me in his contacts, the day I called to inquire about the 2011 X5 I saw on the internet. Even though he saved my number, he did not pressure me. Thanks John, you have a customer for LIFE :)

Third car purchased from Flow BMW.
I purchased three BMWs from Flow. All three times I had a pleasant experience. John Roche helped me the last time and he was wonderful. He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was always available whenever I needed some assistance and my questions were always handled promptly. There were some kinks in the buying process because the car was going to be registered in NY. The whole process was a little confusing but Flow BMW, John Roche, and Robin Agee handled it without a problem. They fedexed me paperwork here in NY the next day. Really great service!
