We purchased a CPO X3 from Flow BMW in August 2017. The entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Our Client Advisor, Jim Brown, did an extraordinary job. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous and patient. He took the time to understand our needs, helped us find the right car and ushered us through the painless sales process. We knew what to expect every step of the way. Everyone at Flow BMW was helpful and courteous. The vehicle was in tip-top shape when we picked it up and all of the amenities of owning a BMW were carefully explained by Jim Brown. Buying your first BMW should be special experience. Jim Brown and the rest of the folks at Flow BMW made that a reality.

Loving my BMW!
Matt Williams is an excellent Flow BMW representative. He wasn?t pushy or made me feel like I had to purchase right then. He was there from start to finish and answered all my questions. Matt provided me with exceptional service. The dealership itself was very modern and clean. Chris (genius) even came to my home on my schedule (how's that for convenience) and walked me through operating and understanding my BMW. Ashley (finance) was very knowledgeable and my process with her was effortless and very quick compared to my last car buying experience. Completely stress free! Even though I went to specifically purchase a BMW, they also sale other make and models of cars and at great prices as well. My experience with Matt was by far the best car buying experience ever! He is officially my salesman for any future car sales that I make!!! When I'm driving around and someone compliments my beautiful BMW, I will most definitely tell them to go see Matt at Flow BMW!!!

A Perfect 10 car buying experience!
I have no patience for the games that were played by my local BMW dealerships both owned by a famous racing family. I decided to contact Flow which is about 1.5 from South Charlotte. Wow! Start to finish every person I dealt with at this dealership (Tami - internet contact, Jim H.- GM, Jim B. - salesman, Louis - Genius and Stu - the money guy) was genuine, respectful and professional. I was able to take delivery of my car in under an hour because they were totally prepared for my appointment. The car was pristine and waiting for me inside the showroom. Finally, I also received a fair and transparent deal. So utterly refreshing....

First and last BMW. Not the fault of the Z4. Problem with dealership every time I had any dealings with them. Traded car after just 3 months.

My wife and I have been satisfied Flow BMW customers for 11 years. This dealership has wonderful customer service and in all of their departments. When you walk in into this dealership they make you feel at home and will go out of their way to find you the BMW of your dreams. After the sale, they continue to follow up with you to make sure you are still happy with your purchase. We truly think that this dealership should be used as a training model for all dealerships to used for their employees. We have nothing but wonderful experiences with Jupiter Owens, Client Advisor and Doug Weaver, General Manager. This is the type of dealership that you will find the General Manager very visible through out the showroom. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Flow BMW and their staff.
