Great dealership!! My experience from day one when I purchase my Honda HR V and the service department customer service was great, I would recommend to my friends and family Vann York for their new car.

Service was unsatisfactory again on 2020CRV. Auto dimming headlights have never worked. 3times they have said it was fixed. Service woman 2 times bad experience dealing with her. Just not happy with results with her service on my vehicle.

Needed to turn in my 2020 lease and Jeremy was a great asset if finding my new vehicle. I wanted something with more comfort than my CRV and affordable to my budget since my husband and I are on fixed incomes. Leased a 2022 Honda Pilot AWD SPORT model. It was just what we were looking for. Jeremy was knowledge and friendly Here was on spot with all the help we could have asked for. Pick up of vehicle was flawless and Jeremy was right there with all the answers to our questions and very helpful with setting up our driving experience and answered all our questions about the features of the Pilot. Made sure we had his phone number in case we had more questions. Made our experience very enjoyable.

Honda is the best automobile for dependability and style, and Vann York High Point is the most inviting dealership to visit, especially for finding my particular model of choice. The sales force is exemplary, of which Kathy Fulton stepped forward for me. She anticipated my questions about the vehicle I chose—the HR-V—and patiently took me through the phases of introducing features and qualities. She let me test drive it twice, and become familiar with its newest options for driver convenience and comfort. The experience was pleasant and gave me confidence that purchasing this vehicle was the best decision for me. Then the team of financial people did an excellent job on getting the paperwork done in fast order. In a reasonable time I signed on several dotted lines, and drove away in my HR-V, happy having dealt with a truly dedicated group of Honda employees at Vann York. Thank you so much!
