We had an amazing experience at Max Madsen's Mitsubishi. The entire team was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Thanks for everything! Max Mad gave us an amazing deal on 2024 Outlander SE Model. NO gimmicks, NO addons and NO bogus fees. Just Paid Tax, Title and Doc fee. We had a very tight budget and they and still managed to give us an amazing deal on the SUV we wanted. They gave us a low interest rate and low monthly payment. My husband wrote them back a strong review. Here what he wrote. (Undoubtedly, the most exceptional car shopping experience I have encountered throughout my extensive car shopping journey. Total bait and switch.

Total bait and switch. I'm not convinced the car was ever there. After walking in at the time we agreed upon, I was told it sold 2 minutes ago. Don't waste your time and gas, unfortunately I did. Poor communication also.

We are very sorry a potential customer had this happen. Our family owned & managed Dealership is known for not playing games. Desirable inexpensive pre-owned cars are in short supply and the vehicle they were interested in genuinely was sold & completed within 5 minutes of their appointment time and arrival. Understandably, they were not willing to hear out what adjustments we would make on the next closest priced vehicle in that same category, but we did offer.

Pleasant

New car purchase with a trade in. Pleasant. While initial trade in number was 5K under my number, I made it clear I was comfortable walking away and we got to my number eventually. Do research before hand, and have options outside. I had a couple of brands I would have been happy with. Car buying is a negotiation. I am walking away knowing they made some $ of me but satisfied with what I spent. Team was friendly and helpful. Some of the usual sale stall stuff of "let me check the numbers" where they let you sit and wait, that they all do, but when I shared my time table 15 more minutes or I'm out, we got it done. Test drive solo with gift cards is nice touch. I started the day thinking Lexus, walked out on them when they lied about seats folding all the way down, and ended up with a car with more features, closer to what I originally was looking for, at a substantially lower cost. It was a good day!

Lonely dealer

Adam is a very aggressive manager and hides behind a phone to be nasty! Jimmy is a very good salesman very knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership feels lonely as there is no traffic.

It is the second time in a year I have interacted with Jon Schultz for a sale. The first time I did not purchase but remember his knowledge of the product and competitors and his willingness to find me a match. The same happened this time around but we did purchase and there are not regrets.

No first service as promised

I was promised free first time service at 7500 miles from Jorge the sales manager made app with Gino and said that expired and was to get it for 85 dollars I complain best he could do .I go in then they up charge me to 115 dollars I was mad talked to manager got it for 95dollars then I found e Mitsubishi motors as a rule that it was still to be free also they put a fuel treAtment in which is not called for at 7500 miles at a cost of 15.88 what a rip of i filled bad review with Laura and she said sorry for that and no response after that .my service was Feb 24 2020 I will never go bac
