Two sales consultants did an excellent job - Jim and Jorge. When I called about a particular used car I'd seen on Carfax, Jim took the time to make... and email a video "tour" of the car for me. When I arrived from out of town, I stopped at two dealerships. My experience at Max Madsen's was great and far surpassed the customer service at the other dealership. Jorge was there to answer questions about the car. He allowed me to consider the car without the dreaded pressure one sometimes gets at a car dealership. Following my purchase, Jim followed up with a thoughtful email welcoming me to the Max Madsen "family." With sales consultants like Jim and Jorge, you can't go wrong!

It was a very bad experience when I walked in to check out a used Hyundai Genesis. I dont recommend this dealer. The sales rep was rude and not giving... any respect. I walked away even if I liked the car just because of the way they treated me.

He and his manager, Anthony Lacina, worked... with us on pricing, and we felt they were more than fair. We even had a very enjoyable visit with Max himself! It is no surprise that his business has been so successful!

Working with Bridget Marley was a great experience. After a few minutes of speaking with her I was very comfortable. She was honest with me and answered... all my questions. She listened to what I wanted and didn't force her opinion on me which made the car buying process so much easier. I really enjoyed her speaking to me about her first car. Bought a 2009 Lancer & asked about a second key fob & wheel lug lock & was told the car was so new to the dealer that they were still waiting on the previous... owner to get them. Here it is a month & a half later & My daughter stopped by & asked if they were in yet & they want to charge her. I then call & get the run around & leave messages & no one calls back. hmm mm be careful dealing with them, you may not be able to get what you expect from them. Oh & don't forget to get it in writing, when we asked to we were told that it's no big deal for a key & lock you don't need to put things like that down, we will call & get that for you from the previous owner.
We purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKS at a Great price but it did have a few issues. We had to take it to a local dealership ( we live three hours away from... Aurora ) the next day to have the belt tensioner and serpentine belt replaced due to the bearings and belt making a noise. That problem can usually be masked with a little lubricant spray, might have been coincidentally too though- it was still under factory warranty too so it got fixed for free. We were also missing a letter emblem spelling "LINCOLN" that the sales person said they would order and get us right away- 7 weeks later- no emblem. But I did get an email from the one of the managers asking how I was enjoying the car and if there was anything else they could do for me. I sent an email back asking about my emblem and they explained that the sales person that I had was no longer working there and they would get me one ASAP. And they did a fantastic job of making sure I got it this time. Overall a good dealership.
