Never again at this dealership.
Terrible overall buying and selling experience. Lowballed on my trade which they are selling for $3,150 more than they gave me after negotiation. No follow-up after requested information and promises after sale. They didn't even offer to install the plates when they arrived.
Dishonest and incompetent
If I wanted poor service, I wouldn't take my car to the dealership. I went in for a routine oil change and was immediately concerned when two people at the front desk disagreed about how to CHECK to see if my oil was low. Really? Also, my tire pressure light was on, and both the technician and customer service assured me, even in the print out report, that the tire pressure had been serviced. Before I left, since I was already receiving very poor service, I checked the pressure myself. It was indeed still low and the light was still on. When I complained to Rodney in customer service, he insisted that my check was incorrect. So I watched as they inflated my tires and saw that even their own tool confirmed it was low. When I went back and told Rodney this, he showed absolutely no concern and didn't even apologize for blaming me, the CUSTOMER. Barely glanced up from his computer. A dealership that is blatantly dishonest about what services were actually performed on a vehicle speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. I was appalled! I also needed one of my runtime bulbs replaced and it took two technicians 10 minutes before they said they couldn't replace it without putting it back on the lift. I got in my car and drove away. Never again.

Vehicle issues - resolution with a smile
I’ve been a long term customer of Auburn VW. They have treated me and both of my car purchases very well! My service experiences have all been stellar. Even for those rare issue that pop up. This last visit involved my sunroof leaking. They were able to get me in, replace the damaged component quickly and get me in/out fast. The team there listens closely and provides awesome follow-up service. Regular services are also a breeze. Auburn VW is worth the business. If you are ready to buy, look for Spencer Van Geisen. He will make your car buying experience a blast!

No BS new car purchase for Alaska customer
I live in Alaska. I bought a nice VW from Auburn two years ago. This month, I saw a good deal on another VW on Auburn's website. Salesman Jack Dorn secured a low price for me and quickly arranged for shipping the VW to me in Alaska. Thankfully, there were no "add-ons", hidden costs, or offers for this or that. No surprises. I liked that.

Great service with Follow up
I was looking for a used car and saw a car of interest in line. They contacted me immediately and invited me to stop by for a test drive. Upon arriving customer service was excellent and no high pressure sales. No pressure and despite the fact we did not but would definitely go back if they had the used car I was looking for. Great dealership!

Auburn VW is fantastic
wow, these guys were just great. I have spent hours in dealerships buying cars over the years. I liked that I could do most everything on-line with them and show up for test drive and final paperwork. They were very relaxed in their process. No hammering by sales manager or any games, all straight forward and easy. I simply told them what I wanted for my trade, where I wanted my new payment and they did it ! Many thanks Brad . Best experience I've ever had with a dealer.
I had an amazing experience this past weekend becoming a Jetta owner. My salesman, Jack, was very helpful and made me feel like he had my best interest in mind through the entire process. I've already been recommending him to my friends who may be thinking about a new car. I have purchased other cars in my past, but never have I had such a man of integrity work with me in making a decision that would be best for me!
