I have been waiting for a check for 7 weeks because the sales guy can't do math. Don't ever give them money without confirming the price because they will pick your pock for the difference. The finance guy force feeds you options you dont want or need. You confront them with the truth and they blame you. They have the check for the difference. Tell you that they are gonna mail it and don't.

When it was time to purchase a car for my oldest daughter, a few years ago, I reached out to Carter Hancock at Bachman Auto Group and he could not have been more accommodating to my needs and my schedule. Fast forward to my youngest daughter - I mentioned that I would be in the market for another vehicle and, before I had time to pick up the phone and call Carter, he remembered my daughter's birthday and reached out to me! We ended up purchasing, not just a car for Delilah, but I new (to me) vehicle for me, as well! That is three (3) cars from Carter and not a drop of buyer's remorse.
