horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. Negotiated a deal on a car that was on their lot. Next day i learn the car had been transferred to another lot (Exton PA) and someone left a deposit. Then two days later i get a call saying that deal fell through and the car was available for sale again. I again firmed up the deal and the pick up date. The night before the deal i get a text message that the car had been sold by the Exton dealership. Highly unprofessional. Never again

We have purchased vehicles at Auto Lenders in Voorhees for over 15 years now and each time it has been a great experience. Our sales person, Daniel, has helped us find the right car for several years now and he does a great job of helping us zero in on what works for us. The service at the Cross Keys location is always top notch and work with us to review issues and advise on the best path forward on any work we need.

Young salesman aggressive in securing vehicle keys, wasting a lot of back a forth time during deal. Terrible follow up after sale. Still waiting 2 weeks after sale for my old plate yet info they requested was provided at time of request. Still have not heard from service center yet for required agreed upon repairs to vehicle. Could just be the person I dealt with but I won’t be returning or suggesting this dealer to anyone.

I absolutely loved my experience with auto lenders. It’s a company my whole family has used because they are that reliable and efficient. The person that helped me was Jeff W, and it was my first car purchase. Jeff along with his manager Mike made the meeting and process personable and easy. Nothing but good things to say about their customer service and cars, and I am definitely not disappointed.

Waited till they opened from Covid shut down. Very clean facility. Had been looking at the truck online for two months. Frank B was very professional and made the whole process very easy. This is the third car I’ve bought from AL. Last one was from the Williamstown store. Told them we were on the fence with one other car at another dealership. They encouraged me to drive the one I bought to the other dealer to compare and see if they could beat the deal. I did and they could not beat the AL deal. Nuff said.
