While paperwork was being processed, we were given a tour of the dealership, where we could see how well they treat their customers, and employees. Very disappointed with the dealership.
Very disappointed with the dealership. We are now having to trade in the vehicle we bought from them less than 6 months ago. We took a chance on the reputation of the Lexus name and it was a chance we lost. Nothing but issues from the start with not receiving what they promised and a car that was not well inspected.

I have purchased both used and new, using both service and body shop- staff is extremely attentive, great follow up and very personable. Lori Ritchey has gotten both my children in vehicles and her thoroughness and friendliness makes the experience easy and reassuring. The service at the dealership keeps me going back- seven vehicles later!

Absolutely the worst car buying experience we have EVER
Absolutely the worst car buying experience we have EVER received! We have bought houses in less time and less screw ups! We spent three hours at salesman desk and paperwork was still not completed. I understand the salesman was new but there were several people standing around talking that had plenty of experience. They could have walked over to offer their help after the fifth time the salesman would back to them to ask for assistance! We’ve had the car a month, still no second key, DMV just called and told us the title is wrong, does not include both spouse names and name of the bank was spelled wrong. Honestly I could go on and on but hopefully my point is made! I do not recommend this dealership! A dissatisfied customer, don’t want to put our name bc I’m sure it would affect future service.

Well finally cleared up title mess and able to get license plates… still no second key. Not w the guys says next week but he will not come to our home as we were told at the dealership.

Attentive. Honest from what I experienced. They have a vehicle I’m interested in that was going to auction. They offered the vehicle at a great price. Disclosed everything wrong with the vehicle. The service department had went through it Thoroughly. Unfortunately there was likely just too much work out of pocket. Very nice car still. Had been taken care. I was impressed that they would not sell a car without being in excellent condition.

Now that this dealership has moved to northern Ky, my experience was a bad one. I made an appointment and visited on May 10, 2024. I had my car towed because it had overheated the evening before. Nathan was the service technician and Austin was my service advisor. I was sent the inspection video which I still have. I was told that I needed a new water pump, an new engine head, and that at least one of the engine valves had melted into its cylinder, which meant that I needed a new engine block. I was told that there were coolant leaks throughout the engine as well. I was told that estimated cost of repair would be $11,500! That’s eleven thousand five hundred dollars! I paid the analysis fee of $227, I then had it towed from Northern Ky and took it to another service facility close to my home. My new Lexus service provider also did an analysis and said the only leak and problem they detected was that the water pump needed to be replaced. They did the work and the car has run wonderfully! I purposely waited over a month of driving to see if any other of those “bogus” problems occurred and they have not. Shame on you Lexus of Northern Ky! You would have received $11,500 if I would’ve stayed there! I won’t be back there for ANY services again!.

Since this response to my review, from the General manager, I have called FOUR TIMES as she has offered, for us to discuss. I have left voicemail messages, messages with 2 actual people and the GM has NOT called back to discuss as offered. This continues to show the lack of interest in providing satisfactory service and follow up for this Lexus dealership, PERFORMANCE LEXUS OF NORTHERN KY! The problem with rendering good customer service is obviously systemic from the GM down to the service advisors and service technicians! What a disappointment that not even the GM chose to attempt to rectify bad behavior. Again, shame on you Lexus of Northern Ky!
