Enjoyed the buying process working with Ryan Schatteman at Lexus Rivercenter. We drove 1.5 hrs to find this dealer due to their responsiveness and excellent customer service. Ryan worked hard to find the vehicle with the specs I wanted (GX460) and was organized and friendly throughout the process. Additionally, the facilities are pleasant and welcoming with beverages and warm cookies! :)

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2014 Lexus ES300h after my test drive and having researched the car I would want to purchase through Consumer Reports 2014 car evaluations publication. My Sales Consultant was Ben Halpin and the Finance Manager was Kevin Hitchcock. Both men were very cordial, instructive and supportive of my purchasing process. This was a very enjoyable new car buying expierence for me. All the Lexus people were very "Professional" and knowledgable about thetr products. Bill Zinn went out of his way in explaining all the the xxxxxxand con's of each car we were interested in. this man is a well respected pro in my opinion.A joy to work with....Example he promised me a set of floor mats ...He had them for me the next morning....True to his word.........Also Wesley Adams (tech guru) took me thru the paces of our new....IS 350 awd S model.......He kept putting me at ease by saying .."i'm hear for you if you have any Questions.....Your sitting in the cockpit of a "RACE CAR".....and he's been right there for me . Very Bright.....This car has been a blast for me to drive...Also, I really enjoyed meeting and working with there finance COO, Frank Wistel..a very sharp pro who took his time and explained my options. Both Mike and Heather are always friendly and courteous making sure that I get the service I need as well as discussing any concerns that I might have. All work performed at this dealership has been outstanding. Chris and Justin always provide ways for feedback as well as being concerned that the work has been done satisfactory.

Superb staff made our recent tradein/new car purchase very pleasant. The People at Riverside are very professional, thorough and take care to answer all questions concerning the new car, options, etc, and costs. Further, they worked with us to make the trade the very afternoon that we had come in to explore acquiring a new vehicle. One of the gentlemen worked with us on this day and other occasions, in order to train us for all the electronic equipment on board (navigation, satellite radio, bluetooth, etc.) This is our second Lexus from this dealer.

We quickly arrived at a fair bottom line for our new 2014 ES350 Sedan. My experience couldn't have been better. Dropped it off, took a walk, came back and it was ready and clean. Rivercenter team was very friendly and made the experience as pleasant as possible.

My Wife and I worked with Phil Booth on the purchase of our new car. Phil was outstanding and helped us find the right car for us. He worked out a great deal and within a couple of days, we had our new car. We had a few additional things to work on our new car and Phil even gave us his own dealer car to use for a few days till our car was ready. He couldnt have been any better and we would recommend him to anyone at this dealership. Frank Winstel was the finance manager who we worked the paperwork with. Frank was also great and very helpful working through the details of the deal and the loan approval. this was our second car/Lexus from this dealer and will buy my next one here from Phil.

Because of the complexity of Lexus models it was difficult at times to keep up with the presentation in regard of features being offered. My wife and I were each buying a different model, and we heard things differently in some cases. I would recommend against buying two cars at the same time. I was trying to minimize trips to the dealership for my wife during the holiday period. The sales staff pulled out all the stops to remedy my initial dissatisfaction, and I was extremely satisfied with the final outcome.
