    Lukas was the salesman and he treated me with respect!!! Haven't finalized a deal just yet but were working on it! I feel like we might be able to get... the suv I want.

    We could have not been treated better anywhere else from the second we walked in we were give space and once we were ready to talk to a Sales Rep they... were 100% on point from the test drive of both vehicles to the sale and a follow up on how we are doing and enjoying our new Cruz. I recommend then for your next new Chevy if your from out of town looking for new car or truck.

    Misdiagnosed the problem and charged me for it. Refused to give refund, insisted that I told them to fix the issue, even though I didn't know what was... wrong. Horrible experience working with service adviser and, after demanding a refund, with the service manager. Would not recommend, worst customer service that I have experienced.

    I told them there was an issue with my speed sensor and asked them to replace it. They told me it wasn't the speed sensor - but actually the control module.... They replaced it for ~$500 and then tell me that wasn't the issue - indeed it was the speed sensor. Not sure why they didn't just listen to me when I told them what the problem was. But I believed them when they told me it was the control module because they are supposed to be the experts. Total waste of my money and would not recommend their service department to anyone ever.

    I had my vehicle up for the same issue several times and wasn't able to be previously diagnosed. They were able to offer a loaner vehicle on more than... one occasion which was tremendously helpful with my work schedule and 3 kids. Eric Foster, my service advisor was awesome with updates and making sure that the process was as smooth as possible. He knew that what I was experiencing when the vehicle wasn't at the shop was in fact happening and while it took a little time to finally get a diagnoses we did and he was super patient. While Hendrick isn't very convenient as I live in North Raleigh, I prefer to use their service center over the ample service centers that are much closer.
