Personable sales people, follow through not great.
Personable sales people, follow through not great. Looked at a Silverado, was extremely interested, but had to leave for school pickup. We called the next day about the truck, basically had zero communication or callbacks. Didn’t feel like waiting on them, so drove up to Capital Chevrolet, had a wonderful experience there and walked out w a new truck!

Where do I start. This has been the best buying experience I had in a very long time and it’s all because of my salesperson Raheen ford I love my 2024 Malibu. He took his time and made sure i happy. But that wasn’t the best part, he helped me get my insurance switched over then told me I was paying way too much he called his insurance company and saved me over 250 a month… I am so so very grateful and pleased thank you Raheen and thank you Hendrick
