Leith Acura of Cary

I went to Leith Acura to get my airbags replaced. Unfortunately I think that Leith Acura perceived this as an upsell opportunity. They told me that battery was really really low. That did not seem right to me as I just had my battery replaced last year. So I declined the offer and had Advance Auto Parts test my battery. They tested it right in front of me and it showed that the battery was fine. I also had someone else look at it and again the battery was fine. A week later Leith sent me an email asking for feedback. I responded and shared my concerns. Leith never responded back.

I came in looking for an Acura TSX and I met with a rep named Matt Johnson. He convinced me that a MDX would fit my needs better than the RDX. I ended buying the RDX and am incredibly happy with my purchase.

I was out looking for a new car, never really thought that the Acura RDX was a good option till I met with a young man over at leith Acura named Matt. He did a amazing job explaining how everything worked and how it fit my lifestyle! I also spoke with the financial guy named Luigi who has the best customer service when it comes to cars.

Thanks to Matt Johnson for his tireless efforts to help me find a car for my daughter! He went above a beyond and we were only buying a small used car. From the level of service you would have thought I was buying the most expensive car at the dealership! Would definitely suggest asking for Matt when you walk in the door at Leith!

Wasn't planning on buying a new car anytime soon, but someone ran into me and totaled my car. The stress of buying a new car when you're used to not having a car payment is no joke. Matt Johnson at Leith Acura put my mind at ease. Great experience in an otherwise crappy situation. If you're looking into getting a new vehicle I highly suggest going to see him!

Eddie Close helped us like we were grade school friends catching up. He was attentive, detailed with the car's specs, and ensured that our requests were relayed when negotiations began. We didn't get the typical 'overselling' and loved how he handled discussing our budget and what we wanted. Once we knew we were finalizing the purchase Eddie took us to the 'finance guy' Luigi and he was just as great as Eddie. We didn't finance through the dealership but we didn't ever feel like we got any lesser service because of that. These guys were wonderful. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! Fantastic job at Leith Acura, we are happy customers and we have a car salesman/friend for life!

I usually buy Hondas for my family & I when looking for a new/reliable vehicle, but we decided to go up to Acura this time.
