Service review

The service consultant was knowledgeable and kept me updated during the maintenance process. I feel like he did not try to up sell me for services I did not need. The service department is why I will be looking at Acura for a replacement car when that time comes. I have always had a great service experience.

Great experience once again.

I've been dealing with Leith Acura for the last 5 years and the experience is always great. Everyone there is friendly and professional and they do a great job taking care of my vehicles. Thank you David Jefferys once again you did a great job.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE with BRADLEY ROGERS

Imagine! I’m saying I had an EXCEPTION experience buying a new car!! And, hands down, that is because BRADLEY ROGERS is truly a very considerate, respectful, patient gentleman who has phenomenal knowledge of Acura!! His Sales-style is absolute class act!!!!! I tried a different Acura dealer (not associated to Leith) and thru the pricing negotiation felt exhausted then rushed and after a few days decided to scoot over to Leith Acura and was greeted with friendliness and felt no pressure!! The inventory Leith had right on their lot for me to experience was amazing!!!!! And the variety from base models to premier models were all within touch!! Fabulous!!! Brad was extremely patient and answered every single question and concern I had and showed me how every button and electronic feature worked along with all the amazing safety features!!!! Brad did an excellent job answering all my husbands questions too!! And we loved Brad was our advocate for pricing and accessories, we were not shuffled around between different people. Brads customer service skills are outstanding and he followed thru and followed up on every single detail for us!!!! We absolutely LOVE our new Acura !!!! And I’m absolutely delighted to share my 5 star review in hopes others can skip the torment of buying a new car at other dealers and come to Leith and enjoy the process and a gorgeous new vehicle!!!!! Brad, thank you so very much for your time and considerations!!!!! We are delighted!!! CHEERS!!!!!!

Anorther easy no-stress car-buying experience!

My spouse and I have made numerous (at least 6) back-to-back car lease/purchases at Leith Acura and really can't think of going anywhere else. This is based on the consistently friendly service and excellent pricing in addition to Acura's many loyalty benefits. Furthermore, the dealership is very convenient to our home so it makes servicing the vehicles there a no-brainer - again, a very smooth, efficient and customer-friendly experience. Highly recommend!

Beware / Profiling

BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service. Lots of profiling at this location. They were not looking to genuinely help the customer. Unprofessional. Don’t trust, save yourself the trip.
