Leith Acura Service Department Rocks

Have loved this place since we first started doing business with them in 2017. We had a very concerning problem with our RDX, but turns out it was just faulty spool valve. Fortunately it was covered under the powertrain warranty, but even better, we had first class service all the way. They were prompt, kept us informed, and were truly exceptional. That's how you earn my business for life.

2021 Acura RDX new owner

Leith Acura had a great inventory of cars to consider. The salesperson we worked with was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and made the buying process so easy. I would easily recommend Leith Acura of Cary to anyone considering buying a new/used car.

David Ries-Lessee of 2020 MDX

I was met promptly upon arrival, although I was early for my 10am appointment. Mike was very courteous, professional and efficient. He kept me informed of the progress of the work being done as it progressed and all issues of concern were resolved...leaking tire, loose chrome trim, tire balance and alignment. All work was completed, car was washed in about 2 hours, and I was on my way home. I feel confident that all work was done correctly; trouble areas, if any, were identified and addressed; and no unnecessary work was done. I'll be back for my next service and for any problem that may arise. .

The service was good. I did not have repairs. Michael was very helpful during my service. I go to the service because my husband has been going to Leith Acura for years. It does seem the costs have been going up significantly I. The last year. Thanks Tracy

This was a service call. As always, our service manager and technician took excellent care of us. I am glad to know they worry about our car so we do not need to worry. We have always used Acura service prior to our moving to North Carolina and now since we arrived in North Carolina.
