Folks at Leith Acura service are always fantastic

Ive been a happy customer of Leith Acura service since 2008 (2 Acura MDXs). The service team has always been exceptional, and I truly appreciate their focus on delivering superb customer service. The service techs are so great at explaining details of the service and providing updates. During my most recent visit I had the pleasure of working with Justin and, as usual, he was top notch!

P16DD error for 2011 Acura RDX

Error code P16DD appeared in the infotainment system of my son's car. Set up an appointment (online) to have car serviced. Dealership diagnosed and fixed problem (replaced vacuum relay) on the same day. Great service, clean/tidy dealership.

Excellent Buying Experience

My recent lease turn in and new lease of a 2021 RDX was the smoothest buying experience that I can recall.. MIke Mitchell was knowledgeable and thorough in reviewing my new SUV's features. My paperwork was virtually ready upon arrival, without unwanted sales pitches or up sales that I wasn't interested in. The whole process from turn in to driving off the lot took about an hour.

PERFECTION

i could not be more satisfied. Everything was perfect. My salesman, Kevin Pile, went over the entire vehicle with me. The sales manager and the business manager made the entire process effortless. I would definitely recommend the RDX and Leith Acura of Cary. (I take my vehicle there for service as well.} I have come to expect perfection from the parts and service departments as well as the sales department.

Enjoyable Experience

My Service Advisor, Justin Hager provided excellent customer service. I was able to go into the office because of the loaner car. My vehicle was scheduled for multi-point inspection and oil change. The technician Lewis recommended additional repairs which Justin discussed with me and the cost involved. Justin was courteous, respectful and friendly doing my visit and on the phone. Due to COVID, he personally sanitized the loaner and my vehicle. I will share my experience with others.

General Service

Every time I arrive I am greeted within seconds, I am escorted to a service manager's desk and within 5 minutes my vehicle is in the shop being serviced. This is my third service appointment in the year that I have owned my RDX, and I value their attentiveness.

Pleased with service and how long it took to do everything. My only issue is you send me way too many texts and emails reminding me of my appointment.

2020 MDX

It's definitely a different experience in the Covid era when dealing with dealerships and the services they provide. The bells and whistles of customer service is gone and instead you deal with the matter of fact and distanced end of things. Other than that all things considered it was a very quick, efficient, and pleasurable experience. The dealership was very clean and neat and they seemed to take care with my vehicle.
