Leith Acura of Cary

I have recently leased an Acura TLX from Leith Acura and salesperson Tom King. This is my 5th Acura, and I have had Tom with each purchase/lease. I have had a great experience each and every time. I never felt like I was under any pressure when I was in the showroom. He gave me all of the time I needed to make my decision as to choice and color of car. And best of all, he even helps me to link my car to the garage door! Tom is very knowledgeable about the Acura product. He is professional, yet at the same time like a friend. I will be back when my lease is up!

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Leith Acura with the help of sales representative Eric Rainey. Eric and Leith were a pleasure to work with and the experience was the easiest car-buying experience we've had. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was helpful and professional, and we felt like each one went out of their way to make sure they exceeded our expectations.

Dwayne Thomas was professional and courteous. He was not pushy, instead focused on informing me of features and answering any questions I had (even after the sale). He was very patient and took time to help me understand the electronic features of our new 2015 MDX. He is great with follow up to make sure I am very satisfied and highly recommend him.

Have been a regular customer for their service department. I have always worked with Eric Narron, he is the most honest person, never have paid for any unwanted services, this guys is very honest and trust me when I say this. Overall a great experience. Haven't bought from them so can't comment. But service is out of this world, Kudos to Eric Narron and Allen the service manager for such an excellent service team.

My wife and I went to Leith Acura to purchase a new car in anticipation of having a baby soon. We dealt with salesrep Kerry Leeburn, who was absolutely fantastic. He was honest and genuinely seemed to want to help us find a car for our family. He worked with us on a price that we could afford and ultimately got us a new car that we love. Between the quality of our car and the customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend Leith Acura (and specifically, Kerry Leeburn). I will undoubtedly go back to buy my next car.

I recently purchased a 2015 Acura MDX from Leith Acura in Cary, NC. I basically know what I wanted and the price point i was looking for and i had a great no-nonsense experience at they dealership. My salesman, Dwayne Thomas was extremely polite, listened to what I was looking for as well as what i thought was a fair deal. It was no nonsense, a great experience and I purchased a vehicle easily within a very friendly process. Dwayne was also very good at communicating with me after the actual sale in arranging the time and day i would pick the car up. This was a very good experience!

I worked with Tom King to purchase my vehicle and the experience was fantastic. Thanks so much for being such a pleasure to work with. I don't think we've had such a great experience buying a car ever before. We will definitely be recommending Tom to family and friends! We recently traded in a Honda Pilot for an Acura RDX at Leith Acura in what I can only describe as the very best car buying experience I've ever had. From our initial contact with Bill Moore through several weeks after purchase (and beyond, I can only assume), we have received the ultimate in customer service. Bill knew from the beginning what we were looking for and never attempted to convince us to purchase something that wasn't for us. Leith allowed us to take our time and return on several occasions to drive a vehicle or discuss additional terms, without any pressure. Once it was time to complete the paperwork, the finance manager, John, took his time reviewing all of the terms and made sure that we received a great deal. As a result, we now have a vehicle that is safe, reliable and that we LOVE!

The best car buying experience ever. I have never owned an Acura before but have owned Hondas for over 20 years. Brad Rogers of Leith Acura in Cary was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend Brad and this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle.
