Leith Acura..worth the drive!
Although I just realized that theres another Acura dealership closer to home, I continue making the drive to the Cary location for prompt courteous service from knowledgeable service techs. Moved to the area about 3 years ago and have been bringing my MDX here for servicing. Special shoutouts to Michael and Justin and also the nice woman who does the intake when you arrive (sorry I cant recall your name!)

Acura TSX service
We dropped off the car the evening before the service date. We had an estimate by 9:00 am and the service was complete by 3:00 pm. The car was returned clean and all service items were handled in a professional manner.

Service and recall
Arrived to a nice greeting from a service shop lady. She knew we had an appointment for a recall, 10,000 mile service and NC Inspection. Michael Lee our service rep handled all from there in a kind, friendly manner. Allow us to use a loaner vehicle for two hours while our car was in the shop. We like Leith Acura in Cary. Very nice dealership, comfortable and clean.

Leith Acura of Cary NC
Acura service department always treats me like I am their only customer! They are prompt to greet me and even though I requested they look at something that wasn't part of my appointment, they didn't bat an eye. My service rep texted me after he checked me in so I could contact him with any questions. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Couldn't be happier with this service department!!!

Everytime I visit Leith Acura my service Advisor Justin provides exceptional service and advice. He' s courteous and knowledgeable. At the end of each visit he provides a thorough review of everything completed with the service and communicates with me throughout the entire process.

only 1 concern I called and made an appointment, a gentleman scheduled the appointment for me I think was at 2 pm or some time in the afternoon. I called back reschedule the appointment for 830 am the next day I believe. When I arrived for the appointment the employee said she did not see the appointment on her tablet.
