Superb service. I have been buying and getting service here for more than 30 years. Always fair in pricing (get an extended warrantee). Patricia Fradenburg is the very best service coordinator ever. She follows up and communicates very well, as do all of her colleagues.

Very pleased with my recent experience.
Performance Acura has been a very good business to work with. I currently own a 2009 TL AWD (which I LOVE) and also a 2009 MDX AWD as well which my wife drives.....obviously I really like the cars Acura makes or I would not own two of them. Every since buying those cars (I bought the MDX a year ago and the TL about 3 months ago), I have been getting the majority of my service done at this dealership. The customer service reps have been very good to work with, are very respectful, and the work done on my vehicles has been excellent. I did have one issue recently, I had some damage to my TL from hitting a chunk of debris on the highway, and when I brought it in to have the damage assessed and get an estimate, everything seemed fine. Once the parts were ordered and I came back the following week to have the repairs done, they realized about an hour in that the incorrect part had been ordered (my TL is a special model compared to the stock 2WD model), and that I'd have to come back and the actual part needed was more expensive. I wasn't happy about that, and discussed it with the manager. The dealership took full responsibility for the inconvenience, and greatly discounted the work (they basically did it at cost), and also gave me a brand new TLX to drive as a loaner while my car was being repaired when I brought it back later once the parts came in. That was very impressive to me, we all make mistakes from time to time, and the important thing is that they owned up to it, and made it right, and showed me they respected me as a customer and valued my business. I generally have no issues there anyhow, and now I know that they have my back in the situation where something doesn't go just right. That's a good feeling. I will definitely continue giving them my business, and as long as Acura keeps making vehicles like they have, I can see myself being a loyal customer for a long time. I will also say that the buying (with a trade in) process there is very reasonable, the sales team I worked with there when I bought my TL recently was very friendly, not pushy to me, and their terms and pricing were reasonable. I am a very experienced CPA and can see through unreasonable numbers from a mile away, and I was pleasantly surprised at the deal they gave me without a ton of negotiation. The 2009 TL AWD I got (bought it used) is one fine machine, and I would've probably paid much more for that car than I had to. The new TLX's are very cool, but honestly my TL is right there with them, and mine could blow one off the road from 0-60 due to the significant torque which I assume is related to the gear ratios used in the AWD setup. Sweeet ride! The MDX is a super nice SUV too. It drives like a sporty sedan more than an SUV.

The first time I have ever taken to get my oil change at this facility. I was totally shocked when I returned to my Vehicle and it was vacuumed out and washed ! Wow!! Best service ever .

BMW Repair and Service Excellent -Still Performing
My 2007 M-5 is slightly aged but in need of TLC, and Hendricks delivered on its promise to care for my ailing vehicle. Basic maintenance was timely, until age wore the transmission and wheel struts. Careful attention to my warranty resulted in a semi-lengthy R&R and a smooth running M-5. Communication was frequent and detailed with technical insight while I waited anxious days for the perfect repairs and up to date driving experience. We have two bmw cars and we deal with Patricia Fradenburg. Actually my older son who dealt with Patricia for the first time five + years ago, insisted I should always take appt with her ONLY. When young adults say some thing like that it got to be true and I agree with my own experience. She is our angel and bmw's GREAT ASSET. We continue to come to chapel hill just because of her.
