While visiting a dealership specializing in a different make of vehicles, it made me realize how great the customer service was at Performance Acura. It was like night and day. My Acura sales rep was very patient with me and accommodated my requests to drive different models to get the right one for me. The sales manager and finance/insurance staff were very friendly and made the dreaded car-buying experience a positive one.

Performance BMW
I found my 650Ci online and filled out the information for trade, down payment and payments along with credit app. I was approved by the manager Jon Hilliard and everything that was stated online was exactly how it was once I drove down from MD. They gave me FMV for my 550xi and had my car ready and prepared. They even walked me thru the new features and detailed the car. This is my 3rd BMW and I will def return to Performance once it's time to buy again. The salesman who helped was awesome too. Crazy that I had to find a vehicle with a great price and CPO'd in NC versus the dealers near me. Says a lot about Performance BMW and their ethics, professionalism and values.

5 weeks and counting for repairs
5 weeks of repairs for a minor collision. This would be almost conceivable if it hand't been for their own phone calls updating on progress of repair, containing contradictory information. After about 2 weeks they called saying they discovered they some more parts (really, it does take about 2 weeks to figure out the parts that are needed). Then again on week 4. One day on week 5 they call at noon saying only final paperwork pending, and may call by 4:30pm to let me know if I can pick up the car, the day afterwards they call saying they are waiting for parts to come in the next day!! A new meaning to "final paperwork". They are completely disorganized, their body shop and repair shop are completely disconnected so if you need both it is going to be a mess. For 5 weeks I have had to pay my own rental car even when the car is being serviced, no loaner or rental offered. Luckily there are other BMW dealers and repair shops in the area, and BMW warranty is valid for those as well. I hope will get it by the end of the 6th week, but who knows?

Another Positive experience at Chapel Hill

2013 RDX
We absolutely love the car. We have had Mercedes, BMW, and Volvo as a family car and the RDX is the best. Service has always been quick and properly done.

First maintenance experience
We are still getting to know Performance Acura service after purchasing our 2014 RDX here earlier this year. This was our first maintenance experience. The waiting areas are well appointed, with a thoughtful sizable space designated as a "quiet room" that allows for work to be done while waiting, complete with internet. The restrooms were well maintained, the service personnel very personable and helpful. The routine work was done within the promised time, and we were on our way, our car washed and vacuumed as a pleasant bonus. We are off to a good start!
