New car purchase.

New car purchase. Liked salesperson and how the transaction was handled. Being the end of the month, price incentive were offered up that dropped the car price ~$2,500 vs another Subaru dealership. This made the decision to purchase that day easy.

My experience at Hendrick Subaru Southpoint was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Julia made the process simple and stress-free and Joseph's walk-through with my vehicle at my Encore appointment was incredibly useful. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru!

I drove into Henrick's to make an appointment for routine

I drove into Henrick's to make an appointment for routine service that was overdo and just to get air in my tires. Ryan offered to do the whole thing on the spot! Furthermore, he offered to take me to Southpoint Mall for an hour to kill time. Jeffrey was my driver. Great job! My car was washed and vacuumed as well!

As a rule, I deapise surveys and reviews. But the experience at of buying a car at Hendrick Subaru Southpoint was so much fun, that I'm breaking that rule. I bought my first car in 1967, when cash was king. My father took my cash and took me to a dealership, then stood back and supervised while I bought a 1961 Pontiac Ventura. I've bought a lot of cars since then, in many different dealerships. I've dealt with many sales people and I've never had such a positive experience as I had at Hendrick Subaru. My salesman, Shadi Jabri, walked me through every obstacle with ease. In fact, Shadi made it fun! So I want to heap most of my praise on Shadi Jabri, who walked me through the pain of buying a car so easily, that it was fun! If you want to enjoy the experience and walk away with the feeling that you got the best deal possible, then I would advise you to go see Shadi!

I had an Encore Delivery System appointment with Joseph

I had an Encore Delivery System appointment with Joseph Rossman at the Hendrick Subaru dealership in Durham. I had studied the quick-guide manual and was prepared; but Joseph thoroughly explained and had me practice using the various features. Joseph was very kind and patient. I feel more confident after his tutorial and I am glad I can reach out to him when I need tech assistance in the future. The more I learn about my new Subaru, the more it makes me smile.

Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and very helpful. The encore training session with Joseph Rossman was great and really needed to appreciate all the new bells and whistles and safety features of our new Fortester. Would definitely recommend Hendrick Subaru to everyone!

We purchased a 2024 Crosstrek from Hendrick Southpoint

We purchased a 2024 Crosstrek from Hendrick Southpoint and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Our advisor Britanny was on top of everything and the communication was the best I have ever had with a car dealership. Everthing was explained and reviewed and we felt our time was respected. It is our first Subaru but it won't be our last one. The follow up after the sale has been phenomenal. Joseph Rossman set up a time to video call us to go over all the features and answer any questions after we had the car for a month. This was great since after you have it for a while you think of things you forgot to ask or just need clarification on with all the new technology. We would highly recommend this dealership to any of our friends and family. We traveled 4 hours to go to this dealership and it was definitely worth the travel.
