Meet Greg Larsen

First time buying a Honda and had a very pleasant experience at Findlay Honda in Henderson.

We bought a certified use Honda from them. The sale was some what easy. After the sales was done they treat you like you have a contagious disease. I have called several times to get simple questions answered. One question was how long do I need to wait to contact the DMV of my state to register my car. I quit trying to contact the salesman Greg Larsen. He must be really bad because His phone message in box is always full and can not accept any new messages. Our finance person threw a fit because we did not buy the extended warranty. Her in box is not full but She never call back even after seven times. I am getting ready to buy another used vehicle but I will definitely not go back. There website says they have excellent customer service. Maybe if I lived in state they would. A raddle snake give better customer service. Spend your money with a dealership that wants repeat customers not here.
