Honda West

What an amazing experience! Went to multiple dealerships and was not always treated right. Came to Honda West in Las Vegas, NV and worked with Chris Arrocena who went out of his way to make our car buying experience stress free! If we had a question regarding anything about the car deal and he did not know the answer, he went above and beyond to get the accurate answer. Everyone that we dealt with at Honda West was wonderful. I would deal with Honda West again anytime!!!!!!

I went to so many dealers in town and none of them wanted to help me, that is until i approched a salesman named Shaun Smith at Honda West This young man was very cheerful, patient and most of all respectful. The car has everything and more that I need and my sales person Carlos has taken the time to show me every feature. I highly recommend this dealership and Carlos.

We had shopped around for a used Honda Odyssey and deal with many sales person, including in this dealership. This dealership do offer a fair price for the vehicle we are looking for. Our first 2 visits here was not as pleasant as our 3rd. We did not know what "True Price" means to this dealership so we walk out did not purchase the vehicle until our 3rd visit. Trudy graciously explained how True Price works, although we didn't get the price we were hoping for she handled our purchase stress free. It was a great experience with her.

We recently purchased a brand new vehicle at Honda west from salesman, Carlos Avila.He came Highly recommended by a co-worker.Carlos Avila was excellent in every aspect of his job.He knew the product and was able to answer each and every question.He was pleasant, friendly,knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We have never had such a great experience and as a result, less than a month later, we are back to buy a second car.
